Another 5 star joint on my trip down the coast of France. This place is in an excellent location…read moreoverlooking the harbor and some fine stones/ houses. Great views. I started with the oysters. They were superior to any newengland oyster I have encountered. They were delicate, yet meaty and you could taste the sweet salty Bretagne coast with one slurp. Nice vinaigrette accomplice aswell. Then I had the rabbit. Prepared in an intoxicating sun dried tomato sauce with olives. After each delishus bite of the rabbit I chased it with an olive. Just fantastic.
Then I received a complimentary dessert platter . (Maybe a little affirmative action. ) but I'll take it. It was beautiful.
