I wanted to deeply thank you for making me food I could eat. I very don't eat out as much as I would like as I too often end up sick as so many foods have onion powder in them, or something of the sort, and that the Chefs sometimes forgets to take out. Not this time - in fact, I think you're one of the first restaurant in Guernsey to ever make me food with enough care that caused me not to have an allergic reaction what-so-ever.. I had the Pasta, the surf & turf, and the cheese cake. Thank you, thank, you, thank you!!!! You can't know how much I appreciate having a lovely meal out without getting sick. We went during tennerfest (fixed-pIced meals across the island). I ordered the salmon bruschetta…read more(good), the Beal (breaded veal escalope and spaghetti) which was bland and unappetising, and the Tiramisu which was dusted with a litre of cocoa so you couldn't actually taste what you'd ordered. Clare had the calamari (reformed/frozen), lamb (amazing!!) and ginger cheesecake (ultra sweet). All you could taste was ginger and I bit of sugar. We ordered a cider, we got a soda (see what they did there?). All in all service was a little slow but the restaurant is cavenous and they have a lot of mouths to feed and a lot of people to keep happy, so I guess it's what they do here. I dare say if you hit this place when it's quiet, and order the right thing, it's an outstanding meal. Unfortunately we weren't massively impressed and probably won't return.

they put on a wrong dish and charging me for their mistakes…read more in the end they correct the bill but it was over the line. it took 15 min for a waste taste is okay and the quantity is pretty huge. I give them credit for that
