They were especially incredible during his surgeries and recovery, helping us think through safe care options, checking in on him, and always prioritizing what was best for Wiley rather than just what services they could provide. They have made introductions, recommended trainers and other trusted professionals, and even offered to reinforce whatever training routines we were working on so that everyone in our dog's life could be consistent. It was really special having our best friends at the wedding, and Sonia made sure that we did not have to worry about them at all so we could just enjoy the weekend. It's not easy to wrangle 170 pounds combined especially when there's a lot of human food around on tables, dropped morsels on the ground, kids running around, and a ton of special people the dogs get excited to see; but Sonia's calm, cool, collected nature transferred to the pups and they were relaxed and well taken care of and had a great time. Being away from the pups can always make us a little anxious, and Rhett's updates continually reassured us that they were happy, comfortable and in great hands. We were able to actually relax and enjoy our time away because of him. Tiffany watched our 3 year old cat, George, for the first time over the holiday break and we were blown away by the entire experience. I can honestly say that we will never use any other service. Here's why Tiffany is so special: 1. She is uber-professional. Like, have-a-personal-meeting-take-detailed-notes-put-everything-in-writing-licensed-and-insured-professional. This is not your friend's college kid home for the holidays. Tiffany takes time to understand what you want and need, communicate how things will work, and anticipate information she will need while you are away so she rarely needs to bother you while you are out of town. And at the same time, she is observant and has a TON of experience in this field. So if she notices something wrong, or even just something that might require your attention or a change in the way she is looking after your pet, she WILL reach out to you and keep you in the loop. 2. She is in constant contact. We received multiple photos, videos, and updates on every visit by text. No refreshing email frantically or wondering when she will be over and if your pet is ok. She updates when she is on her way, when she has arrived, and sends such adorable pics. It gave such peace of mind to see George so happy with her. Which brings me to... 3. Tiffany loves animals and she truly understands animals. She took time to approach George on his level, and to get to know his personality and play style. You cat owners out there know--not every cat plays the same or behaves the same. And not just anyone really knows how to play with cats. Tiffany does. She was able to really bring out the playful side of George! It was wonderful to see how happy and relaxed he was with her. This past New Years, I was with my puppy at Lake Hollywood park and she ended up getting hit by a car. I obviously panicked and am kind of new to the Noho community, so I called Wanda, who was an absolute saving grace through the entire process. As a result of dog hospitalization, reconstructive surgery, a lot of therapy, and being surrounded by so much love from Wanda, my dog is almost back to her full energetic self. She now goes to Wanda's everyday and I believe being in such a safe and positive environment while my hands were tied at work, really contributed to Burton's recovery. I'm forever grateful for Wanda and her family and recommend her dog sitting/walking services a million times over.

Wanda was recommended to me when I took a very sudden job out of town; I had someone to stay at the house but no way would this person have given my dogs the attention they were used to. Cue Wanda... My dogs took one look at her, ran to her and I was history. Over the years she met me at the vet when one was sick. She made them homemade biscuits when one had allergies. She fixed my horrible DIY grooming job. She threw balls and toys tirelessly. When one dog developed an obsession with going for car rides, she put him in the car and drove him around the block a few times so he felt like he'd had a special outing. She had a key to my house and went to check on the dogs without me having to ask if I was working later than expected. I can't think of a single thing she wouldn't or didn't do. I don't live in the area anymore but there is no one I would recommend or trust more than Wanda with my 4 legged family members.

But, during the pandemic I got another dog (a giant breed), one that the Ventura office actually rejected from daycare and grooming at the time. My baby girl needs some extra TLC and reassurance when being separated from me and/or her brother. I had to take her elsewhere since her initial rejection at BSB SC and, unfortunately, the other daycare I took her to got worse and worse throughout our time there. Flash forward to BSB opening on Vineland and the staff here is WAY more equipped at managing giant and large breeds. I told them about our previous experience and had to do another eval a baby girl did just fine. They let me walk her back behind the desk and had her walk in with her brother. Now I'm pretty sure I could leave her at the front door and she'd go in herself. She shows up and greets the person at the desk on hind legs, ready and excited to play. I come to pick her up and she's happy, tired and ready for bed. Grateful for the new opportunity and experience with a different BSB location.

That day (2/18/2026) I needed daycare for my two dogs in order to attend my Aunt's funeral. I was so distraught that I forgot their leashes. Previously, I saw that other dogs borrowed the temporary leashes to drop off, so I requested if I could do that (explaining my grief). I was spoken to so poorly by the woman (light brown longish hair forty-something with an accent) that I ended up leaving with my two dogs never to return again. I have found suitable daycare and boarding since with no bad attitudes and respectful demeanor toward customers.
