If you are looking to make An appointment here,be prepared for a rude owner who sees a senior and a walker and suddenly decides to rudely turn you away.....Rudely is an understatement ,as his attitude was about as welcoming as a rabid dog. I always go with Kelly but Jackie is great as well. Also my mom always goes with Paul for her tips. He is great at tips. I really enjoy perfection nails and only come here for my manicure and pedicures. I'm sure there are cheaper prices in other locations but the ladies here are very good at what they do. Every time I ask for a design, I get pleasantly surprised by their work. Also if you come with a photo of a design you want, they do a good job of copying it! read more

When I moved to the area I needed to get a manicure early on a Sunday. They took me at 10 am and it has been my go to nail place for the last 8 years. They have a ton of gel colors, including a lot of temperature changing colors that always get compliments. I have a rather sorted history with this place.... I had been a loyal customer here for about 10 years. Over that time, it changed hands 3 times. The oringinal owner did horrible nails and she actually punctured my nail once with those torture device scissors that they use to lift the gel up off your nail. I ended up in the emergency room after that joyful visit.. However, she sold the buisness to another person, they kept the same workers, which did OK work, but nothing great..They then sold to one of their nail technicians, Paul. He is extremely nice and does a great job! I really liked having him do my nails and chatting with him. There was only one problem- Paul goes away on vacation once or twice a year for a month- 6 weeks or so at a time.... So while he was gone, I had to use another nail tech there....meh! The breaking point for me was last Fall- Paul went on vacation, another tech did my nails and I had a fungus on all of my nails within a weeks time. It was a permanent greenishblue stain on all ten nails. My Dr. put me on antibiotics, I had to have my nails treated with an antifungal solution and had green nails for 2 months! I was done after that!!! I began to realize that the only reason I still went here was bc Paul was very nice and did good work, however I couldnt deal with basing my nail fills around his vacations...that's just silly! So the long and short of it is this....sometimes we get hooked on what becomes comfortable...I certainly did! However, their pricing is the same as everyone elses, and their work is inconsistent and at times, flat out crappy. I switched and couldn't be happier! read more

There acrylics are super cheap ($27 for a fully set of regular polish.) The acrylics pretty good except they get these weird holes in them a couple mins after they have dried. I looked it up and I'm pretty sure they are air bubbles from the top coat. The dots are really tiny so they aren't really noticeable so its not a big deal. They are pretty nice. Do not subject yourself to the travesty that is perfection nail. I paid for a pedicure and a gel manicure and it was terrible. I was scolded by my manicurist for not soaking my hands in a bowl of acetone that she sat in my lap. It burned my hands and could have easily stained my clothes. They do not use lotion for the manicure or the pedicure, no massage, no cuticle care. I will not be back and I would not advise anyone to go. read more

I went for the first time and had Paul for a gel fill in. He did a nice job on the polish but there was no clean up of the cuticles. When I asked why he did not clean the cuticles he said that was a manicure and I needed to pay extra. Never in all my experience have I had a service that wasn't finished. I feel I have totally wasted my money as the job is not complete. He was not even sympathetic to me. Very disappointed and will not be back. read more

Worst nail experience ever. Note to self when entering a nail salon on a busy day when most people are off from work if it's empty turn around and run. What a waste of time and money. For at least 10 years I have been getting my nails done with Polish and a design and then a clear gel coat over which works out amazing for me. I am a firefighter and I work in a emergency room. I'm constantly banging up my hands and I wash them very frequently. I just left the salon with only a clear coat on top. I was told that they no longer do a gel coat over regular nail polish. Apparently because they carry gel coat nail polish that is your only option to spend more money and get the gel coat. None of the salons I usually go to do the same. I always get regular nail polish with gel coat over top. If this is a change in policy which I was told it was they should have let "me" the customer know. When I told the owner that I had wanted gelcoat he did nothing to change the situation. Very poor customer service. While filing my nails the person doing my nails injured my nail bed on several of my nails. Definitely not a place I would recommend read more

Rude, rude, rude. Tried them on a whim because they were nearby; never again. Abrupt and discourteous upon arrival. Later I requested sparkle top coat on accent nail, asked for two coats since one coat was barely noticeable, manicurist refused to do it and then argued with me when I persisted in my request!! I had a gel manicure and pedicure on 4/7/16 . After explaining I didn't want to hold my hands in nail polish remover in a bowl on my lap, especially while having a pedicure .. I received a gel manicure with what I believe was diluted gel polish. Today 4/10/16 polish from two nail have lifted , I was able to peel it off easily. Never again will I go there. I was there earlier today to get my nails done for my cousins wedding The woman named Karen that did my nails did a horrible job so bad that I had to leave that nail salon and go straight to another one for them to fix it I had told her to take the rest of my nail polish my dark blue nail polish off before she put the acrylic on and her response was "I'm not done yet" then she put the acrylic over my blue nail polish to then pink light pink on top. When I showed the owner he said oh it's under your skin I can't fix it. I then went to another nail salon and the woman redid my nails and they look perfect! Perfection nails in Hillsborough next to Victor's pizza is a horrible nail salon. So it was so dirty she didn't even give a new clean towel under my arms when she was doing my nails it was all covered in other peoples nail polish. There was dust and bugs everywhere. NEVER GOING AGAIN! read more
