We ordered a half all dressed and half paolo's special large pizza. Paolo's special is bacon, honey, oregano, cheese, and meat sauce. It took about 15-20 minutes before it was ready. It was pretty good! I've never had a pizza like this. It was really tasty and crunchy. Much better than frozen pizza and come fast food pizza chains. It was a bit greasy but I think that's because of the meat sauce, which I really enjoyed so I didn't care. I only had the paolo's special side because I already knew what all dressed tasted like. The large is enough to feed 4 people. They do offer delivery for an extra 2$ which is very reasonable except I think picking it up is just as easy if you live close. There is a designated delivery area so either way, I would have to pick it up. A bit pricey for pizza but for a special occasion or just in the mood for some quality pizza, this is the place!

They have many kinds of pizza available...not the kind you are used to like the New York style. Their pizza is in a square shape and topping tend to have more Veges which is good. We went around noon on a Saturday, luckily were able to find a spot to sit. This restaurant is very small and narrow, there are about 20 seated places, most of them at the bar. Better to grab and go as the atmosphere is noisy and cramped. We tried the "tit double" double cheeseburger, the chili burger, patty melt and sides of chili fries and "cantine" fries which had queso and big mac style sauce. Food is delicious, greasy, salty, well seasoned and fresh, fast to order and receive. The "tit" short for "petit" (small) double cheeseburger was definitely on the smaller side, for around $8.75 a decent price, but I was expecting something kind of monstrous and decadent by the photos. The burger is smaller than it looks compared to similar places. The fries are perfect for sharing. I noticed in Google reviews some people mentioned the fries were overdone, kind of burnt or crispy. I did notice this as well, however perhaps this is done for a reason. As most of their french fry dishes are covered in sauces, like poutine, chili, or queso, a slighter firmer crisper fry will hold its shape better and won't result in a soggy mess. Ideal for take out as you can still enjoy the texture of the potato minutes later. I would come back to try some of their other smash burgers but taking a star away for the location and comfort factor. There is only street parking, and such limited seating that you can't come in large groups or truly enjoy a sit down experience.
