I'm pulling into Green River again, this time on a trip with my dad and brother, when I spotted La Pasadita and immediately recognized it. I had completely forgotten about this hidden gem in this sleepy little town, but the second I saw it, I knew where we were eating. I'm happy to say the food was every bit as good--if not better--than I remembered. My dad and brother both went with burritos, and I had the chicken enchiladas. Everything was fantastic. And don't skip the Jamaica ! Absolutely delicious. One word of advice: don't let appearances throw you off. A food truck sitting in the parking lot of what looks like an old Shell gas station might make you second-guess your choice. Don't. Pull in, order some food, and enjoy it. Places like this are exactly why you shouldn't judge a restaurant by the building. Five stars without hesitation. If Yelp let me give La Pasadita more, I would.
