The staff greeted us when we walked in, and let us know how to smell the perfumes (they have the scents in little glasses). Staff asked me what I was looking for scent-wise, and showed me what I asked for. (I do love florals.) I was also shown the second floor which is their limited fragrances, so unavailable after the season. And when I couldn't decide between two scents, they helped me decide by determining if it was for special occasion or daily use. They also can custom make scents, which is pretty neat. I mentioned wanting jasmine, and they also showed me a pure jasmine scented oil. I just chose one of the premade perfumes. Maybe next time! They also engrave your name on the box, either English or Arabic, as a complimentary service. I will definitely be back once I need a new bottle! Outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable, and incredibly clean store.

Choices are good and selection is quite vast. 3. Service is horrible! The woman was so high and mighty and will treat you like s**t. remember the moment from Pretty Woman or Selina?! That is exactly what happened. I came here knowing exactly what I wanted to get, and she told me she was feeling gracious and would let us film the inside of the store! When I told her I will get 3 bottles, she acted all nice, but I had already decided I did not want her to wait on me. Luckily, they have 2 more store clerks. I will not be coming back here again and highly do NOT RECOMMEND. No one should support a business that treats you poorly.

The person inside (AJ) was so nice and professional and engaged in a way that made my mother fall in love with the brand even more. He took the time to let us more about the scents of our interests and ways we could layer. Not only did he go over the scents and gave astute comments, he had this uncanny ability to predict which scents we would like and dislike. I absolutely believe I found my mother's scent twin. The boutique had the popular entries like the Delina (original and exclusif) and newcomers like the Valaya exclusif. Other than going to a department store that sells some entries, going to a boutique like this one is great so you don't have to blind buy a scent that you are paying quite a bit on. Because I'm a dutiful daughter, I got my mom the Delina and we got samples to explore more. I would go back in the future.

My best friend is a fragrance ho so when he visited NYC after five years or so he had to go here…read more It was a very hot day in NYC so Soho was just a mile and a half just walking around with the slow tourists walking around and buying maybe one or two small things... Clearly we can tell I was in a mood. Anyways, we went here after Apple Maps told us it was at some other location *make sure you look up the address in Google* My friend took his time picking out his cologne of the moment and I almost peer pressured him to get a very expensive one, but the ppl that worked there were understanding and told him to take a min, walk around with the cologne on him and walk outside. It turned out that the cologne smelt similar to his usual cologne that was half the cost. Personally appreciated the staff's honesty instead of just gaslighting my friend to get something more expensive. Sometimes, you find places that aren't after your money or snobby. If I actually cared about fragrances (I am a basic, mainstream B), this would be my go to place. My friend loved his experience here so 5 stars and a half!

We visited this location to purchase a fragrance on a vacation in NYC. We tested it in store, liked what we smelled, and made the purchase. When we got home and used the actual bottle, it smelled completely different. Not a subtle variation. A completely different fragrance. We reached out to the store to address this issue. Their response? We were told that testers are expected to smell different from the actual product you purchase, and the best they would do is offer us 10% off our next purchase, no exchange or return options. Testers exist specifically so customers know exactly what they're buying. The product we received does not match what we tested. When we brought this to their attention, instead of attempting to resolve the issue or investigate what went wrong, we were given an explanation that essentially places the responsibility on us for expecting consistency between the tester and the actual product, refused a return, and offered 10% on a future purchase. The lack of accountability here is remarkable. If this is the standard of customer service and the type of response customers receive when there's a legitimate problem, I can't recommend shopping here. We won't be returning, and I'd encourage anyone considering a purchase to be very cautious about whether what you test is actually what you'll receive
