Came by here on a Sunday night for dinner with a large group, wasn't crowded so we were seated right away. They have a lot of menu options, but it is worn down so you might not be able to read everything in the entree. We ordered a variety of burritos, fajitas, csrne asada, and a really fun molcajete. We also ordered the tableside guacamole (they don't actually make it tableside). Moist or the items also come with rice, beans, and a variety if lettuce/cheese/salsa. The portions are absolutely enormous!!! So make sure to come in hungry otherwise you'll be carrying home a lot of leftovers. I think everything was really tasty, but the guacamole was a little bland - however that could just be due to the time of year that we are having avocados. If you want a dish that is Insta picture worthy definitely try the molcajete, it comes out steaming! Service was also great, would recommend if you are in the area! read more

We were greeted and made to feel like family from the time We walked in the door until we left. Chips and salsa were super fresh and tasty. House margaritas were excellent. We split a 48oz frozen margarita which was $14.99. I had the mojarra and my better half had the fajitas Oaxaca which she said was fantastic. The fajitas portions are triple what you find at most restaurants. Everyone was taking home more than they ate. Ambiance is average which really makes this more of a 3* , but the food and service make this worth visiting. If we were local we'd be regulars. read more

The cost of a mixed drink at the Sam's Point Road location is a total rip off!! I ordered a short, house vodka cranberry and besides the drink being 95% cranberry and having to ask for a shot of HOUSE vodka I was charged $7.99 for my drink and the shot was an additional $6.99!! A complete rip off to say the least and with no management there to speak with!! We have been patrons at this location and their other location on Ribaut for the past 5 years and have never been charged like this before!! read more

Best place to come for carne asada tacos with corn tortillas! Theyvnever skimp on the meat, and the tacos are always loaded! Ask for extra limes.. they make good table side guacamole! We decided to choose one of the outdoor tables since the weather was nice outside. But soon we changed our mind and moved inside after being swarmed with flies and realizing that the outdoor ceiling was covered in what we think were larvae cocoons. But even from the start when we got there, our waitress was incredibly helpful and attentive to our needs. She helped us move inside - no questions asked, and got us everything we needed and brought our food very quickly. We had tortilla chips with salsa, queso, and guacamole for starters. It came in large portions and was very good. I ordered the fajita quesadilla for my meal and it was very delicious. It had overflowing fillings and was very flavorful. Paul is becoming pretty famous for his service. In town for my sons graduation from Marine Corp bootcamp and he wanted TACOS! Yelp brought us here. Loved the salsa, and the queso! The house Margarita was so good. The medium frozen is the perfect size. Paul uses nitrous oxide to freeze the margarita so it's not watered down with ice. The California burrito is HUGE! We added chorizo to it and wow it was good. Also tried The Parmigiana Enchiladas. We arrived a few minutes before noon and the lunch crowd was soon to follow. First time I couldn't finish my meal at a Mexican restaurant! The California Burrito was huge! My wife got the Fajita Burrito and same thing, we had to ask for a takeout box. The service was very pleasant and attentive, with several check ins during dinner. The food was very good and I did enjoy a margarita on the rocks while I was waiting for the meal. Would I go back? Bad food, everything was watery and douced with cheese. A real mexican who has eaten authentic mexican food from all over mexico, california, new york, arizona and el paso can spot a fake. The food here is bland, I had to squeeze lemon from my water into the salsa and add many shakes of salt in it to make it edible. I was so excited over the spicy salsa that I forgot to take pictures of anything else! The beef chimichanga was phenomenal! It was not made with ground beef but with very tender, shredded beef. I gave two stars because I would possibly go back to try the BBQ wings that my friend ordered. They did look pretty good and she said they were good. Although she had to wait an additional 5 minutes before her meal came out after I got my order. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and had better at Hanger One on MCAS. When I asked for a side of sour cream with the meal the waiter said he would have to charge 2.50. When I said $2.50 for a small side! (I mean I can go to Publix buy their small brand tub and just bring it with me next time), he then said he would charge only $1. Wherever I've gone and ordered a quesadilla sour cream and salsa was always provided, no additional cost. I was not impressed with this establishment and would be reluctant recommending this be a place to go eat. During one visit we worked exhaustively with and inexperienced server to get all of the food we had ordered to our table and actually heard a loud argument going on in the kitchen.
