Polly was incredibly helpful and let me sample several products. She is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her business and customers. I will definitely be returning.

They have mixers, bitters, garnishes, cups, snacks, and non-alcoholic wines and cocktails. I am doing Dry January, so tried the Bloody Mary mix and blue cheese stuffed olives - really good, an alcohol free red wine (not so good, but I've never found one I like), and a non-alcoholic Lyre's sparking white wine that I've had before and really like. The second time I came just for the coffee shop and the girls working weren't really attentive when I first came in. It's the kind of place that's easy to wander through because every corner has something interesting to discover. I also loved the attached sweet shop, with its assortment of candies, chocolates, and ice cream. It makes the whole experience even more fun and gives the store such a welcoming, nostalgic feel. Whether you're looking for your next great read or just want to browse a unique local bookstore, Dolly's is definitely worth a stop. I look forward to visiting again the next time I'm in Park City.

The chicken was seasoned perfectly and the waffle was fluffy. My breakfast sandwich had fluffy eggs, crisp flavorful bacon, and cheese, on a super buttery flaky croissant.
