She didn't hurt me while taking the old gel off, she was easily able to recreate my reference photo on my nails, and she gives a pretty good hand massage. My fiancé got a #4 Pedicure which pretty much is your basic pedi with the clipping, some exfoliation and massage. I asked how he felt and he was relaxed, as was I. Instead, the color is so thin you can see straight through it, and the nails look like they were done on someone's couch -- not in a salon. They're uneven, messy, and just plain unprofessional.
