She said she didn't need her nails manicured and hardly worried about her hair getting cut. She ended up giving them a try and has enjoyed each visit since. This year I asked her what she wanted and she said, "a gift card to my salon". I don't know how these ladies did it but Mom (who isn't the easiest to win over) has come to look forward to visiting them and, yes - getting her nails done. :)

I was super skeptical about finding somebody in CONWAY that could treat my hair well since I get my hair chemically treated a lot when I go home (straight perm). However, the finishing product of my hair was amazing after leaving studio M. I was looking to do a balayage last minute and just so happens Lindsey was able to take me in the same day I called. Long story short, she treated my hair with something to protect my hair from the bleach, I chose the color, and she made my hair look beautiful and healthy. My hair does not feel damaged at all (even though bleaching does do damage). The end product was amazing. It looks more like an ombré even though I wanted a balayage style but either way it looks great and people love it(: So glad God led me to a hair dresser that cares about how I feel about my hair and is so sweet! I was a walk-in at around 1:30 and they had me in a chair within five minutes, not bad at all! The owner and Barbi, the woman who did my hair, were absolute sweethearts! They mad me feel very welcome. Barbi is not only super friendly but an excellent hair stylist as well!! I had attempted to go to another salon a few months prior who butchered the bangs I wanted :( Barbi did the bangs with perfect precision. I can tell she has an eye for detail. The price isn't too bad but it is a little pricy. However with the care that these women put into their work, I don't mind paying a little extra. I'll definitely be coming back!

I came out with a butchered cut and my hair was three different shades-black, brown, and red. I complained and rescheduled with someone else who I used regularly. The salon called a week later to cancel my appointment because I complained about the quality of service I received and refused to refund me my money. They were paid over $100. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Before this, I had been a customer here for over 10 years.
