She said she didn't need her nails manicured and hardly worried about her hair getting cut. She ended up giving them a try and has enjoyed each visit since. This year I asked her what she wanted and she said, "a gift card to my salon". I don't know how these ladies did it but Mom (who isn't the easiest to win over) has come to look forward to visiting them and, yes - getting her nails done. :)

I was a walk-in at around 1:30 and they had me in a chair within five minutes, not bad at all! The owner and Barbi, the woman who did my hair, were absolute sweethearts! They mad me feel very welcome. Barbi is not only super friendly but an excellent hair stylist as well!! I had attempted to go to another salon a few months prior who butchered the bangs I wanted :( Barbi did the bangs with perfect precision. I can tell she has an eye for detail. The price isn't too bad but it is a little pricy. However with the care that these women put into their work, I don't mind paying a little extra. I'll definitely be coming back!

I came out with a butchered cut and my hair was three different shades-black, brown, and red. I complained and rescheduled with someone else who I used regularly. The salon called a week later to cancel my appointment because I complained about the quality of service I received and refused to refund me my money. They were paid over $100. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Before this, I had been a customer here for over 10 years.

Was NOT a great haircut or color and highlights and she was 40 minutes late even getting to salon. said she was shopping for salon. I told her I understood it may take more than one visit to get used to my haircut. I brought pictures and the formula from previous hair stylist but second visit STILL was not better. But I kept going back for several months but she did horrible cut and color and highlights! more than that she was late for every single appointment, sometimes over an hour!! Last visit she was late and kept leaving me answering phones, cleaning but mostly talking to other hair stylist instead of paying attention what she was doing.
