My husband went for their ham and cheese croissant and couldn't stop raving about how crispy and gooey it was. The staff was super friendly even though our French is terrible, and everything felt warm and welcoming. We ended up taking a few extra treats back to the hotel because we just couldn't resist. If you're anywhere nearby, definitely make the detour - it's the real deal! We're already dreaming about going back.

It's always busy at noon, as are lots of restaurants and sandwich places in the area, especially during the week, because of the proximity to the Paris I University: its students frequenting it for their lunch breaks.
