I even told her my neck really hurts on this tub. - She knew I had only 1 hour, and she took multiple calls in the middle of my blow dry, leaving the curling blow dry brush dangling in my hair on my face. - For one of the mid-blow dry phone calls she tried handing me the blow dry and asking me to do it myself until she returns..... I was "blown" away. - I was quoted maximum $100, and they charged me $100 in the end. I was already late to my meeting and just wanted to leave, so I couldn't argue. Did not look presentable by the end of my shift. Asked for as big and curly as possible using a brush, don't believe that was achieved. Stylist said it's because my hair is too long and needs an 8 inch haircut, lol. - My hair had so many kinks in it because the stylist was not properly using the curl styling brush. Didn't notice 'til I took a video of myself under the sun. The stylist believes that she is an expert with decades of experience. Showed me her calendar a few times because she really wanted me to see she has other appointments filling up her week.
