I really liked the flavor and it paired perfectly with some wasabi soy sauce and rice once I got home with my loot. I asked if he is there everyday? I had not tried The Lumpia Truck before and it sounded good. The shell of the vegetarian lumpia was the best part unfortunately, and cooked perfectly. However, what was inside was a lot like someone had just poured a vegetable medley of corn, peas, and carrots inside without seasoning or anything else added for texture and flavor. I have had veggie lumpia before that had much more to offer. The sauce that came with was sort of like sweet mayo. It was also just okay but did add more flavor to the bland insides of the lumpia. It was so disappointing I probably wouldn't try it again unless I hear of a recipe change or improvement. I did find the service to be friendly and my order to be done in ten minutes as I was warned when I paid. I also appreciated the cold bottle of water for $2. Ambiance is the kind you would expect when you happen upon a food truck outside during lunchtime hours. I am also not sure what if anything offered here is vegan, just fyi. So-so experience. Maybe it's a better one for the meat eaters.

It wasn't spicy or overpowering. The more I ate the burger, the tastier it became. It didn't come with lettuce or tomatoes which was fine with me. Service was pretty quick.
