The most regretful thing about Naturissimo is that they don't have locations beyond the Miami area…read more- this is, hands down, quite possibly the best cheese bread in the United States (at least based on comparisons with other large cities). Cheese bread may vary depending on its origin - in this case, we're talking about Ecuadorian cheese bread, made with yucca... what makes Naturissimo's so outstanding is its impeccably soft texture, with perfectly chewy but soft cheese inside, and a lightly crisped outer portion that is delicately dusted to create what I would argue is the most exquisitely constructed cheese bread you may ever try. It's more adventurous versions, like the chocolate filled version, is delicious too. BUT, one great thing about Naturissimo is you can also get yogurt based smoothies and choose how much sugar to add - in many case, like the mango and coconut mix, sugar isn't really necessary to get a sweet but significantly healthy treat. Their locations, though limited, are great stops to pull your laptop out and work. And, frankly, the staff at this location has always been superb. This is one of my first and most frequent stops when I am in Miami, it's just a great, healthier treat any time of the day and a great spot to get away and sit for a bit too. I can't wish this business anything but the greatest success... maybe some day I will be able to grab their breads and smoothies here at home, in Southern California - in the meantime, this is a top stop for me in the Miami area. Truly great vibe, service, and food. Highly recommended.
