    Birria quesadilla pizza

We had a great first experience here! It is very clean and the women working the counter were pleasant. Our food arrived pretty quickly. We had the Mexican street corn in a cup. It was topped with parm cheese, mexican crema, mayo, chili powder and lime. It was warm and very tasty. Next time i may opt for the corn on the cob so it has more of that fire roasted flavor. The star of the show was the birria quesadilla pizza. What a cool concept! The meat was tender and well-flavored. It was very cheesy, and served in a pizza box! It was a huge portion, two of us couldn't finish it! The sauces served with it were excellent: chipotle crema, mayo, crema, spicy mayo?, garlic cilantro, and a salsa verde. All excellent options. The broth was very flavorful. We drank a lemonade and a lychee lemonade. The lychee lemonade had actual lychees in it, but the lychee flavor was very subtle. GOOD GOOD!

Wow wow wow! Delicious and oh so satisfying! Popped in today after seeing an IG review from Iviethefoodie and it didn't disappoint one bit! The restaurant is decorated likely and cute just a little limited on seating was high top along the wall but no problem at all. If I lived closer I would definitely be Uber eats from there often. The service was quick fast attentive and nice As for the food we got the Mexican elote so great! It had a really great zest sauces and spice. The birria tacos were perfect! Really delicious and great consume. Lastly what I was super impressed by was the hot chetto crunch wrap with Mac and cheese! That was so cool and an experience in itself each bite I was like what is this magnificent meal haha really enjoyed it and after checking in on yelp got a lemonade which was super refreshing not overly sweet just perfect.

The Mexican street corn was the only thing good here. Service terrible. Steak tacos not good. Steak nachos not good. Not sure if I said it.... But the employees attitude was absolutely horrible. Also they wouldn't honor the free lemonade with $30 purchase once you check in on Yelp.

this review is for their FOOD TRUCK. I loveeee elote lovers so much, i get so excited when i go to an event and i see their little yellow truck pulled up. Its a MUST! I did see that they recently raised their prices which kind of sucked but i guess thats life. I usually see them at Tropical Park on Fridays. Their food is always fresh and contrary to every other food truck, they get you your food relatively fast. The customer service is like any other food truck. Fast and easy. What counts is the food and that I can say is 5 stars!

No options for corn fritters. I guess put in special instructions ‍

So so good. Defiantly 5 star food but I ordered a corn fritters dessert and I got plain corn fritters. No option to choose what I wanted so I got it plain. What a rip off. I'll still come back. This place has really really good food

A hidden gem deep in homestead. Found this place while looking online for elote options and glad I took the drive out. Ambiance wise this place is very small, but super clean and very picturesque. Tons of neon signs and decorated walls great for pictures. Food wise you get such good portions here and the corn is buttery and fresh! The elote en vaso is perfect for two and it comes with so much queso fresco and seasoning! The Crunchwrap is an excellent version of our favorite Taco Bell staple and it's huge! The corn bowl is the perfect substitute for rice with all the flavor. Such good food and you will leave FULL. Service wise, it's just two ladies taking orders and making the food so it takes a bit more, but they are doing their best! Overall a good place to get some good Elote and they have a good size menu that includes a lot of variety!

A couple of days ago heading home from Key West, we stopped by Elote Lovers to try their menu. We ordered their Mexican Street Corn and it was pretty good! We took it to-go so we didn't get to really experience the resturant ambiance or service. But we plan on stopping by again because several other items caught our eyes! Friendly staff, clean interior, and nicely decorated for everyday as well as Halloween. Parking is very easy, just pull up to the restaurant. Vegan friendly.

Let me start off by saying this place is super cute, you can tell they put thought into making it cozy and aesthetically pleasing. It is well decorated although there's very little seating, and uncomfortable at that, so we took our food to go. The food was excellent, truly. It was fresh, not overpriced and very tasty. The service, however, was HORRENDOUS. There were 3 Cuban ladies with nasty attitudes, looking like they'd rather do anything but take your order or talk to you. They kept trying to rush me to order but it was my first time there, and I wanted to take time to read through the menu. When I finally decided I went to order, and after checking in with Yelp, got a coupon for a free lemonade. When I presented it to the lady taking my order, she rolled her eyes and said "que es esto?" I explained Yelp and she had zero idea what it was or what it offered and refused to honor it. I insisted and she called her manager who honored it, but it was like pulling teeth. I felt very unwelcome and treated with disdain. Although the food is good, it is not enough to make me return to a place who treats their paying customers this way.

Granted, I love elote and had been craving it ever since we'd been looking at lunch places in Florida City the week before, but this place was everything I had hoped for, and much better than their rating here had predicted. Don't go expecting a place for your large family to sit and eat there, but the two of us ate at the counter along the front window, and everything was fresh, hot, and wonderful. Communication was a bit awkward as my Spanish isn't that great, but the women behind the counter were helpful and polite. We were starving and ordered multiple items, and they called us to the counter as each item was ready, which seemed a bit strange, but the place is small, so it wasn't a big deal. Don't make the same mistake I did - save room for the fried Oreos, because the portion is huge!

Tried Elote Lovers at the Dade County Youth Fair. They had their own individual booth area in the Arnold Exhibit hall. I was looking for a healthier option at the fair and luckily noticed Elote Lovers. I had the corn cup with chicken. I can't remember the name of the exact dish however, It was very flavorful and filling. The corn was mixed with sauces and cheeses and on top I had ordered shredded chicken. It was very satisfying. Actually it was called Elote en Vaso. My husband tried it too and he really enjoyed it. It can be difficult to find healthy options, especially in a carnival like atmosphere like the youth fair. However, places like this stand out for giving us options that taste good, are filling, and are nutritious at the same time. This is much appreciated, and I will be looking out for them and will try more dishes.

Happy Cinco de Mayo! Because seriously how fitting is it that I finally publish this review on this day? Anyway... Elotes, a street food, are a staple of Mexico. They usually are packed with plenty of toppings and loads of flavor. Here in South Florida, that isn't per se the norm, so when I heard about Elote Lovers I was indeed intrigued. We stopped randomly on a day we were in the area. This kitschy shop (because honestly it does definitely fit a particular style) is full of props for photos. Not to mention that the food is made in front of you. Very Instagram worthy. That said, they certainly go above and beyond in their use of their signature ingredient of corn. They have corn bowls for heavens' sake. Be it as it may, we opted for two elotes, the ones under the label of Mexican corn, seasoned with mayo, chili pepper, and lime. Decent flavor, not expensive at all, and overall quite enjoyable. Glad this exists, but this is one of those that you really only visit when a craving hits if you know what I mean. Not an everyday type of meal.

I would describe the restaurant as 'casual mexican'. Ample seating inside, clean and with festive decor. The food was good. We started with a 'Queso Fundido' appetizer which we added Mexican Chorizo to. The family gobbled it up before I could take pics! Chips and Salsa kept coming out as needed at no charge. They had a pretty good selection of popular Mexican beers: Modelo on tap, Corona & Dos Equis in bottles. They serve Margaritas (maybe wine-based liquor) but my wife said it was good. The food selection is very good and everyone liked what they ordered. Lots of Enchiladas, Taquitos, Salad options as well as Tacos, Burritos, Chimichangas, etc...
