So many options for cabinetry, tile, backsplashes, etc. The designer listened to us and made helpful suggestions. The build team was extremely thorough, measuring things carefully, double checking their work, and adjusting plans as needed. The project manager was clear, always making sure we knew what was going to happen each day. The builders were great at their jobs and pleasant to be around. They cleaned up at the end of every day. The job was done ahead of schedule and the work is beautiful! We will be working with Kitchens Plus again on a bathroom refresh. We did a full home remodel many years 35 years ago with a different company and it was rough. This was a difference between night and day. We loved our experience with Kitchens Plus.

The work was superb and the crew extremely cognizant of our needs as well as keeping the place relatively spotless. Today it looks and functions superbly just as it did 19 years ago. In 2023 my son and daughter in law wanted to move the kitchen to another part of their house. The design they came up with turned the place into a wonderful meeting place for an extended family. As my daughter in law is visually impaired the flow design was crucial. Again the workmanship and schedule were without compare and on budget.

This is my 2nd review for Kitchen and Bath Beyond. We had a…read moreflood in 2025 and needed new flooring, dry wall repaired, and cabinets fixed/rebuilt. We used KBB in 2018 to remodel our Master bathroom and decided to use them again. Just like in 2018, they showed up to work every day (including Saturdays) and worked late into the evening (one time staying till 9:00 pm to complete a portion of the project). David was our project Manager, he kept us informed daily on how the work was progressing and always listened to our desires and ideas. Efay (sic) did the tile work and was able to lay 4 ft X 4 ft Italian porcelain tiles with amazing precision. You can see how perfect each huge tile was laid. Miguel did the cabinet and dry wall work - excellent work! The entire team was easy to work with. The tile and cabinets look fantastic. All I can say is there is no one else I would take a chance with for model upgrades or repairs. This is my 2nd 5-star rating for them.

During our first visit, Nicole was prepared with information, samples, suggestions, and questions to guide us into making decisions about our project. Once the job began, the installers who came to our home were always on time, courteous, informative, and skilled. We experienced an unexpected delay in our project when one of the manufactured parts had flaws, but the team kept us informed when a new part was reordered and worked with us to complete the job as quickly as possible.
