Alon was our project manager for a 3 bathroom remodel and he was fantastic. The project was well organized with almost no down time at all. When anything wasn't perfect (and this is construction, there's always something that doesn't go as planned) he was on it instantly. I'm talking with n the phone with me within minutes figuring out what to do to sort things out. They were incredibly fair about everything. The crews they sent were also very very good. They worked very hard to make sure they understood what we wanted and where we wanted it. We are picky and didn't know what we were doing. They were patient and walked us through all the options, with good suggestions and ideas. At times they really went out of their way to give us exactly what we wanted, rerouting vents and pipes so we could have niches and medicine cabinets exactly where we wanted them. All in all the most positive experience I've had with a contractor.

She was super helpful when choosing the countertops (we went with quartzite) and hardwood coloring. We really appreciated her ability to maximize the storage in our kitchen. We previously had a soffit and cabinets that didn't go all the way to the ceiling so we missed out on valuable storage. We now have more storage than we need. Stay away! After a good start, as soon as I paid for everything in full the problems started…read more What was supposed to be 1-2 weeks, took 2 months. Then after finishing 95% of the project, it took them 4 more months to finish providing one door, some interior pieces and other items. On top of the long delays, they also damaged walls every time they came. They took no responsibility and refuse to even discuss it. It is as if they drag hammers along the walls when working. It is unbelievable how much damage they have done. They also did not provide the items that were in the contract, including the soft close drawers. The contract clearly states the closets and vanities include soft close drawers, but none of them have that feature. They also charged me for other drawers but didn't include them. What is worse then all of this is that 95% of the time they don't respond to my calls, emails, chats or texts to solve the issues. And when they do, they act as if everything is normal. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere. As an aside, the high gloss white cabinets look nice, but they are not worth the extra money as they aren't fully wrapped. You an see the edges and they will eventually peel and look awful. Some of mine already had rough edges. My IKEA high gloss cabinets are 10x better in design. ¡Mantente alejado!
