Five Stars for Fabian & Ryan…read more I wanted to give a big shout-out to Fabian and Ryan in the loading zone at Floor & Decor in Eastlake. They truly went above and beyond! They were extremely busy, and unfortunately, I had waited at the wrong loading door by mistake. By the time I made it to the correct area, I was already a little frustrated. Fabian completely turned the experience around. They were friendly, helpful, professional, and made sure I was taken care of right away and I appreciated the good customer service Great customer service can make all the difference, especially on a busy day. I really appreciated their positive attitude and willingness to help. Definitely a five-star experience!

We went to Stone dynasty to choose a quartzite slab. We were quoted a certain price for two slabs…read moreand a different price for three slabs. We were told that we only needed two so we paid for those and immediately were told that we needed a third slab and they chose not to honor the rate for 3. Disappointing, but not a dealbreaker. We paid for them anyways. The main issue came in where we chose 3 slabs from a "batch" which all had the same numbers on them. I asked to make sure and were told that we were getting book matched slabs. Essentially, a left and right "shoe" that makes a pair so the fabricator can match veining properly when installing. When our fabricator showed up to pick up the slabs, they were sandwiched together so that they couldn't see the faces. Our fabricator also asked if they were book matched slabs to confirm before picking them up. SD Stone confirmed with the fabricator that they were book matched. So at this point: myself, the person with me, and the fabricator are all under the impression we are receiving book matched slabs. However, upon picking them up and arriving to the fabricators business, they found that they were not in fact book matched. Essentially, like the idea of coming home with 2 left shoes versus a left and right. We tried contacting the company and they insisted that both myself and the fabricator were informed correctly and that all sales are final and there was nothing they were willing to do. It was frustrating to deal with because it felt like both myself, the person with me, and the fabricator were being gaslit to believe that we were fully informed something that we were not. I'm sure they will respond here with their version of the story. Unfortunately, I personally would not recommend them after this experience.

Followed up every week for 3 weeks asking when will my slab be available and was always given "soon". Got a call that it was available in mid-May and went to go get it picked up. Upon showing up, it was the wrong color and not the one I picked out in the shop. They made it my problem and said there is no refunds and the color I get is what I get as that is what was cut.

I was told it would be delivered within one week, but it took almost three weeks to arrive. About a month after receiving it, the bottom part of the sofa started sagging and sinking. When I contacted the store about the warranty, they told me someone would come inspect it. I waited on the scheduled day, but no one ever showed up. After that, I continued calling, but my calls were ignored and no one helped me. They promised a warranty when I purchased the sofa, but they did not honor it. I feel very disappointed because I trusted this business based on a recommendation, and they did not stand behind their product or their promises.

From our first interaction, Frank, the salesperson, was friendly and showed us a couple beds…read more We actually had looked at multiple bed frames in person in living spaces and asheleys furniture, and even online and the beds were so expensive or low quality. Frank showed us a bed that was of good quality and a great deal. It was actually half the price of what it was listed online at multiple sites. For the same amount of money we would have gotten a low quality bed at other sites we looked at. Also I wasn't expecting them to come and assemble it at the house. The workers were super fast too. I don't say this often but the quality, price, and their service was above expectations. They delivered the bed to us in 2 days. I definitely recommend!

The mattress was wanted by my wife and it was a "floor model." By January 2nd, I noticed the numerous bed bug bites, I went to the hospital where the doctor said the bites were consistent with bed bugs. All I wanted was a refund and for them to pick up the mattress. The manager named Edger Ibarra essentially told me he would not refund my money and there was no way the bed bugs came from his floor model mattress. I'm filling this complaint for the business selling an unsanitary product. Stay away from here, buy at a big box store like costco where you can return a product.
