That's where they use the I'll give you a good deal at the end of your purchase thing. I had gotten a thrumble (bunk beds with a 3rd bed at the bottom(floor). The material is so bad. It's been 8 months and it seems as if I was donated the bed previously used. The bed on the bottom is made with cheap wood it braked so easily. Like cardboard type. The top bunk bed on the inside had scratches but like chipped off. So I didn't see that. They don't ask if you want the protectors they throw them in for each mattress and they don't even fit they are huge. The point is the wood is so cheap and the beds are about 1,300. I got the insurance and because we got a storage unit I forgot where I put the insurance documents. There for the insurance company says they can't send anyone to fix the bed cause it has multiple damages. The dining table I got I didn't notice one chair had a chip pretty long were you lean your feet on and well it came off eventually. All dining tables at the bottom come with busters for hight. Even if you put them all in they are uneven. They also keep coming out so it gets in even worse. I got a set of sofas and had the 3 seater made into a pull out more money. The mattress is sooo cheap and I supposedly had it upgraded you can feel the metal of the pull out I've had 2 previous ones I gave away and I so regret it. I also got a corner table its rustic cherry Woolf color. Well I that day that I wanted it they wanted to give me the one as an example it had chips and scratches and one of the employees decided to cover it up with black permanent marker and said there take it it's good and I said no I want a new one. When it got delivered I could still see that oil color black marks on it and I told them I'm not keeping this one I told the guy at the store. So take it back. I had to go personally to the whatehouse to pick one up. I did take the mattress from the couch too and told them to check my order and it was the wrong one but they also exchanged it for the same type different color. ‍ I was done at this point and I stopped paying I've been waiting for them to pick the items up cause it's disappointing when you buy insurance for damaged or scratches etc extra and they can't come to fix it or exchange one piece of an item. I have my eye instead at the MOR store. Well I actually already got a bed. Definitely recommend 10/10 and it's been like 4 months. Also got insurance on the electric base and mattress

They would not honor the original marketing offers for the products (specifically mattresses) and then, when you have a problem with it, the will not accept anything, shifting the blame on something/someone else. We bought a CAKing mattress which was already sagging, some lumps showing within a couple of months - even with our low weight of 140Lbs. Now, they are refusing a return and refund within warranty! The mattress was wanted by my wife and it was a "floor model." By January 2nd, I noticed the numerous bed bug bites, I went to the hospital where the doctor said the bites were consistent with bed bugs. All I wanted was a refund and for them to pick up the mattress. The manager named Edger Ibarra essentially told me he would not refund my money and there was no way the bed bugs came from his floor model mattress. I'm filling this complaint for the business selling an unsanitary product. Stay away from here, buy at a big box store like costco where you can return a product.

I'm sitting right now having coffee in the house we recently purchased in Pacific Beach, looking at…read morethe amazing work that Rob performed for us; redoing our kitchen completely, and basically painting the whole house over a period of a week. Rob wildly exceeded both my, and my spouse's expectations. I posted three photos that basically look white and mahogany, to show you how dated our kitchen looked before Rob got involved. Then you also see the amazing transformation of the bar and kitchen with off-white cabinetry, and a dark cracked pepper paint below the bar which grounds it! I also included a few random pictures of other areas that Rob transformed. All of this work was performed for a very reasonable price, literally a third of what it would cost to go to a normal contracting firm. Rob is honest and fair and puts his heart into everything he does. He has tremendous design talent, and with it comes strong opinions which he expresses! My spouse and I (design professionals) respected that and listened sometimes and didn't at other times. We see that as part of the process. Before you have somebody come and repaint your kitchen, or other parts of your house, be aware that this is a messy process. You'll need to take stuff out of the cabinets, and be prepared for a few days to a week of chaos. Rob used a lot of painters, plastic and tape and did a great job of protecting our floors and other surfaces. Recognize that the process of painting an area is intensive, and Rob will likely throw himself into it, maybe take his shoes off and listen to music. Give him space and he will perform beautifully. On the last day he cleaned up perfectly and got any spot that made it to our floors or other surfaces. He even repaired areas based on the last painters failures! Based on this experience, I would hire Rob again, and likely will in the future for other projects. In addition to painting cabinets and walls, he can transform almost any piece of furniture, and is going to reupholster a couple chairs and a bench that we purchased. If you hire him you'll be in good hands.
