There are so many flavors to choose from, but I decided to play it safe and stick with ones I know I really like. First, I went with achta because nobody does it better than Bouza. The second flavor I chose was pistachio and lastly, I went with almond. I got it in the larger size, but next time, I might just go with the small because it was a lot. I loved how the achta was smooth and creamy with just the right amount of sweetness. The pistachio flavor was just as creamy, and topped with crushed pistachios that were super fresh. You could immediately tell the quality was there. The service here was great, super friendly and helpful. They offered samples and answered any questions. Overall, it was a really pleasant and happy experience, best enjoyed with family and friends.

I've had Fleur de sel before, but the the salt on the exterior coating was extreme and was revolting. I requested either a scoop of ice cream or a reimbursement. The two young servers did not know what to do so I said that I didn't mind waiting while they called their boss, but they said there was nothing they could do. It wasn't their fault that I didn't like the ice cream and if I wished to discuss it with their boss I could leave my number. Since I live in Montreal, I found this proposition to be ridiculous. Their attitude was rude and completely unacceptable. There is another ice cream shop in town. I'd suggest going to that one!

I've seen him talk to many people, many who seem to be regulars. I first met the owner 2 summers back, he had given me a coupon for a free gelato. I'd forgotten about it until recently. My partner got a soft serve ice cream which was also very good! There are also a multitude of macaron flavours and also fresh churros! There's cotton candy as well, which kids seemed to go crazy for. There's also a saltwater fishtank inside the store which was very cool! I would definitely come back, the owner is a very nice man. I saw him offer free treats to kids passing by, and it's definitely worth a visit just to chat with him.
