It's a hidden gem! We drove around the lake and most of the hotels are across the street but we found this one by accident and it's lakeside. I couldn't be happier staying here and our dinner was so superb that the chef must have a Michelin star and if he doesn't, then the Michelin inspectors need to dine here asap! If you're ever in southeastern France, this place is a must.

They served a creamed carrot amuse-bouche that was wonderful, especial with my Veuve Rose. Then I had tuna tartare, local fish fillet, and an exotic fruit and chocolate mousse dessert.
