I did ask when we departed to speak to a manager and was told none was available and that I could call later. I was disappointed that the room was not as safe as it should have been and not as requested. We are Hilton loyal and have been for years. Otherwise, the location is good and the accomodations were clean and fresh. Please, please, please, just make sure when you confirm and tell someone something that it is correct information.
