I went wild and had the Tartufo E Taeggio. Truffle cream, taleggio cheese, ground pistachios, dried tomato and basil oil. It was served in a pizza bread basket! OMG. Typically, I am a traditionalist- I love my marinara sauce and find pizzas without it to be dry. I didn't notice the base because it was moist and delightful. I tried one of the calzones with three meats, equally as delicious. The restaurant is a Spanish chain with an emphasis on quality. The food is exceptional. The staff members were all very helpful and friendly. The chefs prepare food with gloves. The restaurant is clean, well lit, and welcoming.
