Excellent handmade pizza in a wood fired oven. With only four hours of sleep and starvation mode kicking in, my challenge was choosing which item on the menu to order. So many great options including large calzones and pizzas with amalgamations of delightful toppings. I ordered what my cousin was ordering- just easier that way. For ~10€, I had a wonderful garlic based pizza topped with cheese and arugula. I didn't even realize it didn't have a red sauce until my cousin pointed it out. Typically, I am a traditionalist- I love my marinara sauce and find pizzas without it to be dry. I didn't notice the base because it was moist and delightful. I tried one of the calzones with three meats, equally as delicious. The restaurant is a Spanish chain with an emphasis on quality. The food is exceptional. The staff members were all very helpful and friendly. The chefs prepare food with gloves. The restaurant is clean, well lit, and welcoming. If you consume alcohol, I recommend finishing your meal with a shot of chilled limoncello. read more
