Second time at Pizza Fest, and it's amazing once again. Fantastic Service, and the pizza is good. Very nice upscale atmosphere this event is incredible. Enjoyed my Sunday.

Epic entertainment, hotel, restaurant and event venue hub located in Downtown Los Angeles. LA Live has become one of the coolest attractions of Greater LA. I've enjoyed some great eats here via Fixins, classic cold brews at the Starbuck, seen some great concerts (saw my firsts back in it's transition days from Staples to Crypto) here and even pondered some ice skating as they have going on currently for the holiday months. Restrooms in hidden places, easiest access on the lower level for parking. Not a lot of clear signs to guide you there, but several establishments have their own. If you haven't been to the Grammy Museum, you can find it here off Figueroa Street. LA Live can be access off Olympic Blvd and/or Figueroa as well as a couple of side streets. Great nods to athletic greats from basketball (NBA) to ice hockey (NHL), boxing, coaching, announcers and legends of their skill and time. Enjoy bowling at Lucky Strike. Vacation or staycation at the JW Marriott. Drinks at Yard House, Tom's Watch Bar, Lazy Dog and so many others. Sushi at Katsuya. Movies at Regal. Mexican at Sol AGAVE. Have an experience at The Agave Library. Spa day at the the Ritz-Carlton Spa (couple or group packages available). Take in the Peacock Place, home to many red carpet events. Catch a live game or epic show at the Crypto.com Arena. So many great things at LA Live. Always open to the public, great for walking and enjoy all the vibrance in one huge hub of L.A. fun.

Located in Los Angeles across from the Crypto Arena. It has restaurants. The Peacock theater and a Lucky Strike. During the Christmas season they put an Ice Rink and a Christmas Tree up. Overall a nice spot to hang before or after an event at Crypto or Peacock.

12/8/25 for 11/29/25 LA Live Los Angeles, CA...My daughter and I hit this area up before going to the LA Kings hockey game! Always a great atmosphere and so neat to see an outdoor ice skating arena in downtown LA!!! It was cool to see the big Christmas tree in the middle of the outdoor ice arena and to take the ornament pictures with all this as a background. For this Holiday Season, it was definitely the most wonderful time of the year with my daughter!!! We will be back Dec 22nd, 2025 for the Kings game and to visit here again!

ONE OF LA's BEST ENTERTAINMENT HUBS! I'm a massive fan of L.A. Live, I've come here with family to hang out before many hockey games at Crypto. and I've also been here during trips to AX at the LACC. L.A. Live is the one of most exciting places you can be in DTLA, it transforms from event to event. I had the pleasure of attending a couple weeks ago during AX's beer garden and it was a blast. The energy was great and I never felt in danger! L.A. Live has lots of security and people, so you never really feel alone, even during solo trips. I love the food options we get to enjoy here in L.A Live from the Lazy Dog, which has an excellent bar and brunch, to Smashburger which is quick, easy, and delicious. If you're in the area for a game but can't buy a ticket, Tom's Watch Bar is right across from Crypto Arena, so you can still get the game day vibes! Obviously, my Yelpers can tell you I'm a sucker for entertainment. L.A Live has superb venues for both large and more intimate events. My favorite venue in the area is the Peacock Theater, it's comfortable, stylish, and modern! Oh, and every seat in the house is great! The Novo also has a soft spot in my heart because it's also very comfortable. I've seen several shows here, and the bars are very sleek along with the decor. Yes, I love Crypto tooo, but the seats are to tight, so not as much as the other two venues. You'll find many hotels surrounding the L.A. Live area, you'll also notice the immense JW Marriott right behind Peacock which offers incredible views, hospitality, and food. Parking is almost $50 bucks so be prepared for that surprise at the parking garage. I recommend taking public transportation or a shuttle when traveling to L.A. Live.

Love LA Live!! I had so much fun today at the pizza festival!! I am coming back every year for now on!!! LA Live is the best and organized!!! They had tents and areas for sitting or standing. The service was phenomenal guest services answered all my questions. Handicap access and all!! Easy parking as well $40 but what do you expect ??? lol it's LA...but come here for any events you won't be disappointed. Very elite and upscale! At the event dock! -Marshay

Walked around L.A. Live mostly lost trying to figure out how to get to the Grammy Museum. It's a big plaza lined with restaurants and off to one side is the Cryto.com Arena which has oversized statues you can take photos with. With all the billboards, the plaza also reminded me a bit of New York's Time Square. There's plenty of parking in the garages, but they're so expensive! Like when I got a validation card from the Grammy Museum, I was told it would take $5 off, but when I paid at one of the booths, it was $5 off of $40, so $35 total and we were only there for about 3 hours! So the plaza, restaurants, and Grammy Museum are cool to visit, but the parking garage is going to rip you off!

LA live is such a fun spot no matter the time of year! Came here yesterday to hang out when I needed a break from Anime Expo! While the restaurants were all packed, there was ample seating in the common areas outside. Despite being in downtown, it's still pretty clean and tidy and well maintained. There's a variety of things to do such as restaurants, bars and entertainment centers! There was a block party happening that blocked off part of LA live, and I was able to take a peak at it through the tent and enjoy the music. Parking is a bit pricy here due to the JW Marriott and all of the fancy restaurants and events occurring, but there's plenty of more affordable parking and street parking in the area if you don't mind a walk!

I've been to LA Live in my high school years and waowww it's so much more poppin now !! We got there at 8PM the day before x mas eve and it was suuuper packed. This is a fun place to go to w fwens :) ice skating definitely brought out my inner child but it's HARD so props to whoever is actually goood at this hehe Will be back soon & will take lessons beforehand !

They have an outdoor ice skating rink during the holidays and it's an Amazing experience in the center of DTLA. I enjoyed it but am not as fast or youthful as I use to be, so highly recommend for young lovers and kids.

What a fun and festive area during the holidays! I was in town for business at the convention center. We decided to walk around and explore our first evening and came across the LA Live area. There was a Lakers game that Sunday evening, but to my surprise it wasn't super packed. It was neat to see all the statues of the basket ball legends. There was a huge line for the Kobe statue photo op and line for ice skating. It was fun people watching too on the ice rink. If you are new to the city and need to grab a bite or drink I recommend coming here to explore.

This place is phenomenol! The energy that brews here is timeless, electric, and fun! I was here during 2 games back to back and the Emmy's for TV awards. I got to experience the energy of this place sky rocket during the Thursday game for LA Kings & Detroit Red Wings. Then it exploded again when on Friday the LA Lakers played the Memphis Grizzlies. Simultaneously on Friday, the Emmy's for TV was being hosted at my hotel at the JW Marriott. There was so many electrifying energy in this venue as I walked around the perimeter of the block I wish I was able to contain it in a bottle. Bottomline, this place is always alive and kicking all night long almost every night! This place is the place to be!

We got on the waitlist for billiards and were able to start playing immediately. It was $20 for one hour and we played for two hours. The live music also made everything so special. The performers were absolutely incredible. It was a little bit crowded in there, which would be fine if people didn't keep crowding standing around where they shouldn't be. Last call for drinks was 1:30am, and I think last call for food was 12:30am. At 1:30 we were told to move away from the games area and go upstairs. Everythung was great until I heard a bartender say that me and my friend were overstaying our welcome ... it was barely 1:45 and we were finishing our drinks. That was rude... After that we were told we still had 5mins. I guess we'll leave early next time. It was just rude to see bartenders point at us and loudly say we weren't welcome ...

They gave me more information on how while they have their own rules and regulations, each event also have their own set of rules and regulations which makes sense. Spencer a General Manager was very concerned about my experience and validated my experience. Spencer was professional, listened to my experience, but mostly gave me a plan of action of what they can do moving forward. I appreciate the management there. Also I was not paid nor did I take a compensation of any type for this update. It was very upsetting that I got kicked out of the venue because I had a medical emergency and was trying to get out of the crowd. I had to go over the front of the barricade as that was the fastest way for me to get out. I was not told where medical was located only that because I went over the barricade I needed to leave, even though I had a vip access. I was 100% sober, I was non combative, I was very polite. I was there with my wife which is why I got vip access so she didn't have to be down in the crowd. Despite telling the security, calmly, that I had an emergency and I was there with my wife I was still escorted out. But not out entirely as he just showed me the door and the security walked away, I could have easily just went back in. This is also something that is concerning because if I were a combative person, for them not to walk me out fully is concerning as a person opposite of my demeanor could have easily gone back in. I think two things should happen Explicitly put signs that state "if you go over a barricade regardless of emergency or medical emergency you will be escorted out." If people are being escorted out, they need to be monitored and ensure they actually get escorted out. If a person says they have a medical emergency the staff should be conscious of that and escort the person to medical not out of the venue. I had a medical emergency last night and was kicked out vs escorted to medical. I'm glad that I'm okay, it's just unsatisfactory the way I was treated when I explicitly said I had an emergency.

This really cool intimate venue has been around for a while as the spot where old and new bands from Band of Skulls, Unwritten Law, NIIS, SCOWL, Joker's Hand and Destroy Boys (right before they got bigger, opening for Blink 182 on tour!) have all played at. The sounds, acoustics and everything are all dynamically set up by their amazing crew of technicians and staff. Custodians are on their toes keeping things clean around here as well. Security around here are very fair. They don't trip about moshers and stage divers as long as they keep things peaceful and fun! Huge plus! Parking can be a toss up, but that's normal and the price around here isn't bad. Lines usually wrap around the building and into the residential area nearby with peoples' houses. Second, the beer was way over priced. You're looking at $17 + tip for a decent sized beer, or paying $11 for a cheap can. That's like Coachella pricing, absolute robbery. Third and probably the biggest turn off, was that the second the last band played their last note, the bar immediately closed and started kicking people out. No final call, no grace period to hang out, just gtfo. Zero hospitality. Overall, I liked the space itself, especially the upstairs lounge / balcony area, but the cons just far outweigh the pros with this place.
