At Beechworth Bakery, their bee sting cake is slightly improvised with a "sweet, melt-in-your-mouth bun that is lightly spread with apricot jam, filled with creamy custard, and finished with toffeed almonds" Coffee here was superb too! The only thing I did not really fancy was the Ned Kelly pie. The crust was good but the whole mixture of filling felt mushy and flavorless.
