I left an insurance company that I was with for almost 20 years to come to AAA thinking I was getting a better rate to find out it was not. After my first year my auto and homeowners went up with no explanation. I drove a brand-new vehicle and did not have full coverage as the agent told me I was set up on. Only until my renewal talking to a different AAA office because the one located at 7310 Woodward is not helpful, I found out that I had liability only on a 2020 SUV. When I finally spoke to my agent, he was not sure how that happened and stated I must have told him that is what I wanted. SMH I gave him all my coverage from Progressive and told him this is what I wanted and to duplicate the coverage. As my renewal was approaching, I contacted my agent ONE MONTH prior to go over my policy and be proactive. My agent said we have time and every day I was told he is busy, and he is working on it but he hasn't forgotten about me and will be calling me back. I stressed to him that I needed to speak with him BEFORE any money was taken out of my account. I was then notified they have a computer glitch. This glitch lasted for OVER a month that did not allow them to get in my policy to make any changes. My agent Marshal asked me to sign to approve the renewal on my end which was to agree with all the increases and then he would go into my policy and make the changes where my policy would be more affordable, but he could not do this until I signed the renewal. I feel like this office got over me once I signed off electronically and couldn't speak to anyone about my policy. November 15th money was taken from my account. Dollar, amount I did not authorize. November 27th another 160.00 came out of my account, something I did not authorize. Agent's managers customer service no one can help. I called this office one month before my renewal to set my policy up to what I can afford, and no one is able to help. Joyce Murray claims she is a Supervisor all she did was talk over me and had an attitude because I was pissed off. She told me my agent would call and that never happened. Joyce as a supervisor cannot look up my account and do any changes to my account . refers me back to the same agent that I have been chasing down since October 28th Why is she the Supervisor? Are supervisors not able to assist a customer when there is an issue? What if that agent quit? What if the agent never came back to work. What do you do if you cannot look up a customer's account and assist? I asked for her Manager Robert Williams. Every time I called to speak with him his calls are monitored, and he wants to know what the reason is for my call. I have yet to hear back from him. I emailed this office on 10/28 10/31 11/8 11/11 11/12. I have called this office 11/1 11/4 11/6 11/7. Save your time and money go somewhere else
