After reading the description of their services from their website, I knew that there was a great chance that they didn't handle my kind of case. However, based on the reviews I'd read, I figured "Birds of a feather ..." and was really hoping that they would just give me a referral to a really good associate of theirs. I got so much more. I spoke with Brandy and tried to briefly explain the problem I'm having without taking up too much of her time. Without a hiccup, Brandy explained what I should do, how I should do it, and where to go next. She gave me such detail that I have 3 pages of handwritten notes. She did let me know that they didn't handle my type of case, but did tell me what to do before I should contact any attorney. So why 5 stars? .... I have never, in my long lifetime, experienced the compassion, sincerity, knowledge and experience that I got from Brandy, from any business, let alone a law firm. She took her time explaining things in a way I could understand. She spent a LONG time talking me off the ledge, so-to-speak, and me being a complete stranger didn't seem to matter. At the end of our conversation, I had such an incredible swelling in my heart for this young lady. It was only at the end that she shared with me their firm's philosophy, status, and record. No doubt, this firm is a champion for the underdogs regardless of their position in life. I am so glad that my research path led me to Lyngklip and Associates. After this ordeal, I'm certain that they will be at the top of my list of choices when I need to seek an attorney again. There's no price that can be placed on compassion, honesty, trust and human kindness.

Having never lived in Detroit prior to this home purchase, I had no idea what to expect my insurance premium to be. I had renters insurance through Liberty Mutual and so I assumed I would just convert that policy to a homeowners policy. Wrong! When I got the quote from liberty to insure the house, it came in at $15,000 a year! Even the customer service representative thought that it must be a mistake. It wasn't and other insurers I subsequently contacted were also very high with their quotes. Rapidly getting discouraged and expecting this to be the norm, I was throughly surprised when I contacted Pam Mowatt State Farm agency and received a quote for about 1/3 of what the others had quoted me. I didn't hesitate to place my business with State Farm Insurance and I have been with them for 3 years and have never regretted it. Pam and Robin Pedica are just great to work with. They routinely check in with me and annually set up a meeting to go over the policy and together we search for discounts. This year, when my policy was scheduled to go up considerably ,Pam was able to spot an opportunity for me to get a major discount by bundling My policy with an auto policy and it was really a surprising difference in price. Had she not taken the time to do this and explain it to me, I never would have known and would have continued and just had to live with the large price increase at renewal .Pam And Robin even took time to help me with an insurance matter I had with a different Carrier that had nothing to do with state farm, but they advised me and even took a look at some of the paperwork to make sure I was being treated appropriately by the other insurance Carrier. I think these guys are fantastic and I won't go anywhere else because truly, they have earned my business.
