This is a great place for a casual place where you can have your meal in an hour. It's inexpensive for entrecôte and the portions are quite large. For a salad, entrecôte and fries, it will be 21€ and the fries and entrecôte are pretty filling. The salad is a green salad with walnuts and a mustard dressing.
I love their fries here as they are hot, fresh and crisp, while still soft in the middle and not too thick and not too thin. Sometimes if you finish all your fries they will bring you more. The steak itself is pretty filling but I've found that the cuts can be hit or miss. Sometimes the meat melts in your mouth and other times it can be a little bit chewy. The steak comes in the chef's sauce which is a bit like a pesto. It's delicious with the fries too.
The dessert menu is quite large, about 5 times the length of the regular food menu, and has about 20-25 different options to pick from, most are 7€ and consist of mostly sorbets and ice creams. The desserts are ok, nothing to really write home about and you could probably just go buy an ice cream and whipped cream somewhere else. The profiteroles are decent but not my favorite, the praline ice cream is good and the chocolate cake is one of my favorites of the desserts here.
Overall, this is a good place to come if you want red meat, fries, and a quick and inexpensive meal. read more
