The Place is a Birreria which is a place that specializes in one type of food. It's shredded marinated beef. Which is Delicious. So don't go thinking you are going to find your everyday hard shell tacos, enchiladas, burritos and taquitos ect. They do have rice & beans that are served with some of your ENTREES. Why have I taken so long to try this place? The service was great and employess very knoweldgable about the food. The decour was spacious and mariachi music blastin on the speakers was a good touch. They did not dissapoint and I will say its cuz of the consome! It was really flavorful with the right amount of salt and balanced really well. Their tacos were filled with meet and oozing cheese. They use corn tortillas and soaked them in the consume before grilling to perfection. Definitely get the tacos! Every time. I also tried their birria ramen. I follow this guy on Tik Tok who's goal was to try tacos from all 50 states. Garnacha Que Apapacha was on his list. He tired it and gave them a high score. My friend also highly recommend this joint so of course we had to try it out today. Who doesn't want birria tacos on Valentines day? I remember when this venue opened up back in the early 2K. It's been several different restaurants and it's cool that this joint is filling this space. Walking in it's very colorful and fun. You got music going, people eating and chatting. It has a pretty cool and chilll vibe. I usually order one quesabirria taco and a smaller street taco. It's more than enough for me. Unfortunately this joint doesn't have the smaller tacos so I got two quesabirria tacos. And of course I needed the bottle of Mexican Coca Cola to go with my tacos. They have quite a few Jarrito options. That will be a must for my next visit. I headed to the salsa bar and grabbed some green salsa. You can also grab your utensils, napkins and water there as well. Everything was nicely placed and organized. Our buzzers went off to grab our goodies and boy, they looked so good on the tray! The consomé was pipping hot in the container. The tacos were golden with charred bits of cheese. There was fresh cilantro, lime and onion that you can add to your taco. Everything looked fresh! I squeezed a good amount of lime onto the taco. Added the onion and cilantro. I needed the whole experience. Dipped that baby into the consomé. Wooooooowwww. It was so good! The cheese pull was fantastic. The meat was tender. The lime added such a nice freshness to the taco. The consomé was salty and added a nice addition to the taco. It was absolutely delicious! I was only able to finish one. They are loaded with birria. I didn't end up using any of the green salsa. Everything was so flavorful that it didn't need the extra sauce. I'm so happy I can finally check this place off! I've been wanting to try "the best birria in the Treasure Valley" for years now. This is comfort food! My husband and I enjoyed 2 Quesabirria Tacos ($4.99 each) and the Birria Burrito ($16.85) with consome ($1.75 for 8 oz). The prices seem a little steep, but you sure get what you pay for. Our tacos and burrito were loaded with juicy, tender meat and plenty of cheese. There's so much flavor in each bite. I think they did excellent with the spices. I also loved the giant slices of grilled onions. Both items were delicious, but the tacos are the real showstopper. They've got all the taste and goodness the burrito had but with a nice, crispy crunch that really made the meal! My only point of criticism is the extra charge for consome. It's cheap, but I've never had to pay extra so it surprised me. IMO, you need it for the full, delicious experience. I got lucky and noticed last minute that it was an optional side order, otherwise I would have completely missed out on it. I'd suggest building it into the prices of the meals. This place is honestly the best place to come and get Birria tacos. Today, I also ordered the chocoflan, and the chocolate cake was moist and good. The flan part was absolutely delicious. I had to order a full one for a party I have coming up. The server is always great they greet you with a smile and are always happy to see customers come in, especially when they are returning customers. I was expecting the food to be good but I was not expecting it to be so extremely delicious and plentiful. I ordered the birria tacos which came apparently deep fried with a succulent meat filling and a lot of accompaniments such as jalapenos, onions, limes and cilantro. Not sure if I had ordered this as well, but it came with a very deliciously highly flavorful deep red consome broth. Best known for their Birria tacos, they have lots of other menu items with Birria too. I had been wanting to try them for some time and finally got the chance last week. I ordered. 3 Birria tacos ($12) and 16 ounces of consommé ($2). While these are not my favorite Birria tacos, if you like Birria tacos, you should check them out. I liked how beautifully plated my to go box was, and all the wonderful fixin's that came with it. I like how well run this food truck is. Even though I arrived in the middle of lunch rush, my food came out pretty quickly. This is the first time I've been given a side of grilled onions with my Birria tacos and they were delicious! I like that you have the option of buying as little as one Birria taco. I liked the generous meat portion in each taco, and how cheesy they were. I like that even though I had a 20+ minute drive back to my office, the tacos were still hot by the time I arrived. What I didn't care for was care for the amount of cinnamon and/or cloves present in the meat, which gave it a slightly sweet flavor, rather than the complex, savory flavor that I prefer. But that is a matter of personal taste. These are by far some of the most popular Birria tacos in the Treasure Valley. I also did not like paying extra for 16 ounces of consommé, which was the smallest size. There's also a 32 ounce option. Until now, every single Birria taco I have ever bought has come with a small portion consommé. I would rather pay more for each individual taco to cover the price of a small portion of consommé, than be required to buy it separately. In my opinion, a 16 ounce serving of consommé for Birria tacos is 3 to 4 times more than needed. I look forward to returning and trying their Mexico City style basket tacos, potatoes with chorizo, and Chocoflan. Recommended! read more

Absolutely the BEST quesabirria tacos I have ever had! I had no idea what to expect when I pulled up to a busy dirt lot with a yellow taco truck in the far corner. I placed my order and I wasted no time afterward as I took my to-go bag home to share this treat with my wife. The tacos were delicious. "The flavors just keep coming!" is a direct quote from my wife as we couldn't get enough of these hand-sized treasures! Definitely have our stamp of approval! A visit is totally worth it! The tender shredded beef is marinated and they put a hefty amount of meat in each taco. It's then topped with melted cheese in a crisp tortilla.
