Anchored by thinly-sliced, well-seasoned strips of pork, the dish is complemented by generous, delicioso helpings of arroz (rice), frijoles fritos (refried beans), and ensalada (salad) ... Every bite and spoonful was Heaven! Safe to say that adobada is one of the reasons why taquerias tend to be better than their chain counterparts i.e. Gringo's." I'm happy to report that the adobada plate still amazes me. I was stuffed halfway working through it. The COVID-19 pandemic caused many small businesses to close their doors permanently, but thankfully Mi Molcasalsa survived those dark times.
