Rip off!!!!! I have a brand new 2023 M2, check engine and ABS lights come one, so my dealer tells to take it in have looked at. Turns out it was external vehicle tracker I installed. But instead of just charging my a 1 hour service charge to "diagnose" it was 4.5 hours!!! 850$ later!!!! To remove the tracker device. Totall rip off. Big trucking, big Fcking. Terrible shop. Horrible service writers and even worse techs. Couldn't even do a wheel seal on my truck had to come back do to it being worse than when I brought it to them. Can't even BEGIN to describe the injustice my father had to deal with during his time here. THE ENTIRE ORDEAL MADE HIM UNEMPLOYED FOR ALMOST A WHOLE YEAR AND COSTED HIM $20K FOR THEM NOT TO FIX THE PROBLEM. His truck's filter was broken, resulting in one of the maintenance lights coming on. He took it to them because they were an authorized shop by freightliner, and they said they will update him accordingly. One week later, they said his truck was fixed, and he came to pick it up. HERE'S WHERE THE STORY GETS GOOD: 20 minutes after he picked up his truck and drove it out of the parking lot , THE SAME LIGHT CAME ON. Ok, maybe they missed a part, or forgot to check a part. FINE, my dad takes it back to them and they said they'll run the codes and check everything again. A couple days later, they say ANOTHER part of the truck is "broken" and it needs to get replaced, he needs to authorize payment for the part and labor. Sure, so that means the first time around, they didn't fix anything, but they STILL proceeded to collect their money. We asked them "are you sure if this part is fixed, the truck will be ok". They couldn't guarantee that. they said "we're not sure, WE'LL SEE".. as you can imagine, THE TRUCK WASN'T FIXED. On the THIRD TIME THAT THE SAME PROBLEM HAPPENED AFTER THEY CLAIME "THEY FIXED IT". We went down to the office and demanded to talk to the manager. The manager was a coward and sent his front desk associates to tell us that "the manager is just going to say the same thing that I'm saying" OK SO BRING HIM OUT SO HE'LL SAY IT THEN, stop hiding in the back playing tetris. My dad's truck was never fixed. They changed out basically HALF OF THE PARTS IN HIS CAR, COSTED HIM AT LEAST 20K, and when my dad requested to bring the car home due to their INCOMPETENCE, they said "we believe your truck has some internal damage that's not able to be fixed at all". Now you tell me if that was a scam or not. They charged him over 20K for the replacement of bullshit "broken or worn out parts that need to be replaced" AND THEY NEVER FIXED THE PROBLEM HE CAME IN WITH. Moral of the story: DON'T EVER come here unless you want rude customer service who hang up on you when you're calling to check in the status of your car, SCAMMING you out of SOO much money for unnecessary parts AND NEVER EVEN FIXING THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM! This is a really bad place to fix your big rig. Never finish on time, labor cost is through the roof. I hate coming here. No other diesel mechanic shop near me. Came here for lube and water pump change. Dropped it off Saturday 1015AM. They couldn't finish by 4PM. Said needed 90 more minutes but they couldn't finish because they clock out at 4PM on the dot. They don't work Sunday or Monday due to it being memorial day. They promised me, 2 of their mechanics would come in 5AM on Tuesday and be finish by 730AM when they open. Tuesday morning 730am; not finish. Didn't even start yet. Completely, missed my 7AM appt. They were aware, just didn't care. This place gets so many bad reviews but here we all are at their mercy. For any new shop owners looking for major business. This is the area. If you do good work and your words are reliable. You should opened up around here and even charge same 135/hr rate. You would for sure take businesses away from these unprofessional clowns. read more

My son took his company truck to this shop for air conditioning repair and got completely ripped off. They ordered the wrong part and then claimed they could not fix it after taking his money. He lost time and money on his business while his truck sat at their shop not to mention the round trip Uber rides wasted while they messed around ordering incorrect parts. I have love and hate for this location. Their service department is just excellent, there's always adviser calling you with truck updates, estimation, and expected compeletion time. No matter WHEN you call, who answer the phone, they will always have the information you need right there for you. Parts department..hmm..what can I say, their guys are really nice and once we had to go buy a part and one of their part department guys waited until 12:30am (they close at midnight) for us to get the part, I was really touched!!!! Second time at their parts department, we were buying the same parts, but they jacked up the price by $180 three weeks later. I literally faxed over the receipt we had for that same part, and their manager told me that it was a "discounted' price when we bought it the first time. So I had to go back to Volvo to buy it since it was $158 cheaper now than Freightliner. read more

I had it towed to them to fix a failed transmission problem. they spent 3 weeks intermittently troubleshooting to find bad electrical connections around the batteries, block ground and power to the Trans ECU. Kudos to them for finding it, after 3 weeks. But the tow truck had to pull the right rear axle to tow the big rig. Freightliner replaced the seal for the axle. It failed after 1000 miles. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! read more

I took my Hino here to do oil change and alignment. Referred here by South Bay trucking due to them not able to preform alignment. Took 3 days to do the service. I never got a call or update once. I had to call to in. Every time they said it was almost ready. Now I'm in the lobby still waiting after getting a call saying it was ready. The staff was nice but actions speak louder than words. I will never come back here again and do not recommend. read more

The worst experience ever! Totally a nightmare! Troubleshooting a brake problem took them a week, and then fixing it took forever. After two weeks of long waiting I finally gave up, I went the dealer told them I don't want to fix my truck here anymore, and I want my truck back. I waited there for six hours just for them to prepare the paperwork because their computer system is shut down. WTF! They billed me almost $700 for diagnose. Thank you for ripping me off! read more

Avoid this place unless you have an infinite amount of time and funds. It's taken a week to address simple problems, yet the service manger was nice, I still have to say that the complaints in the lounge were far more than we anticipated, and when you think your truck is ready, you find it isn't and they hold it until the warranty expires, telling you it's not covered by a day out of the 7 they had it. They did not give a written estimate and basically do whatever they want. Upon picking it up the mini vac under the seat was smashed and oil and handprints everywhere. It may look top notch but it's a third world country underneath. Had us sitting and waiting for a foreman to inspect the mess left and did not show we then had to go find this person. My experience with this place has not been pleasant at all. I have been given the run around. Told my truck would be ready one day, only to get a call saying something else is wrong. Communication has been the worst. Every time I've spoken to one person, the next one I speak to says something totally different. It's been pretty frustrating. This was my third time here and every time I am amazed at how well they treat each and every customer and didn't make me, being a woman, feel like an idiot. Very disappointed with this place. Worst service ever. My mistake for taking it there for repair after being WARNED by acquaintances of them stalling on the trucks and misdiagnosis. They play a guessing game on repairs. Misdiagnosed my vehicle, but I still paid for whatever they said they did to my truck. They stall on the job. They keep changing the invoice. Invoice kept increasing every day. THEY CHARGED AN ARM AND A LEG AND MORE and the truck is still not running properly. Women here are RUDE and unprofessional. All they know how to say is sorry and "we don't know when they will complete the job 3 weeks on the job and the truck is not ready. They also say there are other jobs ahead of you, meaning we are not yet working on your truck. Then why didn't they say so, so I wouldn't have left it at their lot. Poor service. To top it off the female service writers and managers are RUDE and could care less. Except for Brianna. She was the only person to seem to give me solid answers and went an extra step in customer service. Other than that women were horrible lacking customer service. read more

After third attemp asking what happen with my trucking they told us that technician was not able to run a test will do it the follow days. Call manager to compliant all he do is not alpologies to customer he said if i want i can pick up the truck or leave it here and someone will check it on next business day. Service manager name dewin. After 5 days waitting and confirm the truck it done for pick up with all the repair need to be done. Came to pick it up and the recall was never fix. Talk and compliant about it with manager he said you can bring back to fix it or leave it here for few more days for us to fix. Or can take somewhere else to fix it.
