Happened to walk down this alley post farmer's market and the line was long so stopped to watch them make and serve some raclette and reblochon sandwiches. Sandwiches could be Hot or cold and I read you could add toppings but they were busy and didn't ask if I wanted anything added, which was fine. I saw they took credit card but didn't realize there was a minimum charge and couldn't understand what they said - then the server turned to the crowd and said something which they laughed at? but I was eventually able to pay and get my Sandwich which I enjoyed by a nearby canal. It would have been nice if the bread was toasted since I ordered it Hot and I didn't find it had too much flavor but it was still filling and nice to try. Store attached to it also had some nice local gifts and food for purchase. read more

I often think about our visit to Annecy and these delicious sandwiches. They are so good, we ordered one to share and immediately had to go back for a second. We got them as takeaway and enjoyed the scenery. The workers were nice and patient. We would definitely visit again just to get another raclette sandwich. read more

my family was a little suspicious of this place, we couldn't tell if it was a tourist trap but it looked great so we had to try it. can now confirm that it's not a tourist trap! the sandwiches are amazing. we each got proscuitto & raclette on a baguette and were obsessed. the sandwich was pretty large and in hindsight we could have shared to save more room for other snacks but it was so good that I didn't have any issues finishing it myself! the bread was perfectly fresh & crisp, the proscuitto and cheese were incredible too. this sandwich was a highlight from my trip and I would be sure to get it again if/when I make it back to Annecy read more

My husband and I visited Annecy, France on a day trip. After a morning of walking around, we wanted to get some lunch. We checked out a variety of sit-down places during our exploration, but they were all pretty empty with "so-so" menus. We came across this store and saw the front cart with a bunch of food items that looked delicious! The line for lunch was very long, which is usually a great sign. So, we waited in line and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 waters for takeaway. I ordered the Raclette sandwich and my husband ordered a sandwich with multiple types of meats. The Raclette sandwich took a few minutes to construct since they have to pull the melted cheese. But, it was well worth the wait! The sandwich was really large and full of flavor. I added the tomato, lettuce, and pickles, which I would definitely recommend. My husband's sandwich was also very fresh and flavorful. The bread was also the perfect balance of crunchy and soft. For our two sandwiches and our 2 waters, we paid 11 euro. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch! They also have a small store, similar to a convenience store, with all types of items. We didn't check this part out, so I cannot leave a review for that. read more

I always come here when we visit Annecy :) It is touristy but has all the good local items that one loves! It just so happen we were walking the other day and my husband turned to me and said "I want a raclette sandwich" and we noticed for the first time that they have raclette sandwiches! It was our first time having them here and they didn't disappoint. The lady inside is always nice and cheerful which isn't always common for those French people! They have a nice selection of local wines, sausages, cheeses and more. Definitely come check it out if you're in the area! You'll find some great goodies to take home. read more
