Discovered this gem on a fishing trip to Marathon, FL. Owner was extremely nice, very welcoming and accommodating. Quaint little shop with a decent selection of handmade cigars. Didn't really know what to expect until that evening when I sat down to smoke the first cigar. I was absolutely blown away by the quality of these cigars. We have a second home on Long Key and frequent this shop every time we are in town. With COVID-19 we won't be able to travel to our house for a few months and my husband was down to one Le Fey cigar. As a surprise replenishment of his stock, I placed an online order for 20 of his favorites. Multiple things went wrong with this order. First, the box was shipped to #7 rather than #1. Fortunately, our neighbor recognized my name and hand delivered it to us. Second, upon opening the box, only 15 cigars were shipped despite being charged for 20. Third, it took over a week to get in touch with the gentleman who owns the shop. Finally, the owner claimed he sent them all and we had to return the FULL order before he honor our claim. If you remember, I said my husband was down to one of these cigars. So, he has already smoked 2 of them and therefore that isn't even possible. This was certainly not the experience I expected from a merchant I have dealt with in person for years. sigh. Moral of the story is ... DO NOT BUY ONLINE. The cigars are nice but ONLY if you are standing in the shop and taking them with you. read more

Great place. Locally hand made cigars at unreal prices. Less than $8 a stick for just about anything they offer. Very friendly. Cut my purchase, wrapped my cigar in a loose tobacco leaf, spritzed a zip lock with cognac water, gave me matches and sent me on my way with an awesome maduro torpedo for less than $7! Found this gem during Spring break in April. Owner was extremely hospitable and I was impressed with his shop and the pride he had in his cigars and reasonable prices. I told him I was taking them back to Michigan so he kindly wrapped them in tobacco leaf with a mist of brandy. I kept in humidor and smoked first one on Fathers Day...in a word, unreal. Great flavor, even burn. I will be ordering more by mail. read more

All I can say is WOW. On vacation in the keys and shared some of my cigars so needed to grab some more. By chance this place happened to be closest to where we were staying. Place is no frills, but great cigars. Walked in an hour before close and the family who owns it was very friendly - recommended a few cigars for me and I a couple. Out of this world. I've had my fair share of cigars and the 'La Fe Figurado' may be the best I've ever had. Will definitely be bringing a couple dozen of 'em back home with me. I passed by the store on my way from Key West to Miami. It is a small strip mall and I was a little hesitant to enter. The west facing windows were covered with Kraft paper to block the light and the adjacent business is a body art studio. I checked reviews on another site and there were many positive ones so we went in where we were met by who we later learned was Roberto, the owner. It was a delightful experience. He has shelves where he stacks about 25 of all the cigars he makes. I bought 25 cigars on site @$4.25 each. They were the best cigars I have ever smoked. Perfectly hand rolled and then wrapped in a large tobacco leaf, misted, and placed inside a plastic bag for transport. The ones I chose were strong and spicy. I enjoyed them but they are not for the novice. He has a wide variety to choose from, accepts Pay Pal or credit cards, charges a nominal amount to ship them, and always does exactly what he says he is going to do. They will arrive punctually and in good condition. He has recently improved his website but there are still some problems with it but I have ordered many times and will continue to do so.
