The driver delivered a sealed brown bag but it felt light, so I asked if that was it, and he replied "yes". I opened it and there was only one juice inside. I called the place and a man said another driver took my order. So, he knew the order was taken mistakenly...why not call ME or let my driver know. Just disappointing. I won't trust ordering from this place again. Also, suggestion for the owner/employees...WRITE the name and/or ATTACH the order receipt to the bag so the drivers know which order to pick up.

The coffee flavored smoothie was basically a slushy. It was majority crushed ice that melted and became brown water. There was no creaminess that you would expect from a smoothie as the Chocolate Wasted one is. I wished I had not let myself be talked into trying it and had buyers remorse and left very dissatisfied. Never again.

I've heard a lot of things about the place and wanted to try it out for myself. I ordered a raspado, it took 10 minutes to make and they didn't even get the correct one. I was there a total of 30 minutes waiting for a raspado and hot cheeto corn on the cob. It wasn't busy at all so I dont understand why it took so long. It's way over priced, the workers are ok, they aren't very friendly. I called and got hung up on. It's nothing special for what people make it seem like. Never coming back. read more
