Stopped by here to grab some conchas and other items for breakfast. I arrived about 15 minutes…read moreafter it opened and one of the employees was wiping down the windows. Though she didn't speak English, she seemed to understand what I was asking. I ended up grabbing several items that I now wish I took a picture of. My friends and I enjoyed most of the items. One of our favorites was a strawberry cake roll with jam on the inside and shredded coconut on the outside. I'll be back to try other items!

Calling ahead before we ventured to come by here we were pleasantly surprised to find that they were open on Sunday afternoon. As we walked in we were greeted and saw the large display of exceptionally unique pastries and sweet treats. Cookies (with sprinkles), donuts, cup cakes, cream filled....yes, yes, yes, and YES! Plus so much more. Everything is reasonably priced and not that we fell subject to this, but I could see where it could be kind of hard to walk out of here with just an item or two or eighteen. In addition to the wonderful sweet treats, they had what my GF claimed to be some of the best coffee ever! They also had a large refrigerated section of drinks that included all sorts of soda, milk, water, and unique stuff I've never seen anywhere else (see the pics). Great prices and really tasty snacks (especial for pre-hiking fuel). We will definitely be coming back here again.

Absolutely terrible. They clearly don't know how to plan catering events. A couple of us signed up…read morefor a dinner cruise and Mimi's caters it. We were the last ones and ALL the food was gone except for this minced meat and canned green beans. They had the audacity to give us basically one bite of potatoes and call it a serving when we watched everyone ahead of us have healing plates of chicken, potatoes, & cornbread. That was just poor planning. One of my friends didn't even get a cornbread scrap and they gave her more ground beef like that was acceptable. The food was bland too. I wouldn't get food from this place if it was the only place left open in that town. When I said they didn't plan it well her response was she made half chicken and half beef. Well, clearly that was a bad idea and you still didn't make enough side dishes. Nobody and I mean NOBODY wanted that ground beef. The lies were gross too... the dough was like leftover pastry dough with canned apple filling and a bunch of granulated sugar dumped on top of it. Unless something major changes, absolutely don't get food here or you'll be disappointed.

My husband enjoyed the lemon pepper chicken quarter and meat was fall off the bone. The flavor was delicious with a special little trick that Miss Linda shared with us. Sundays are a pay one price Meat & Three option to include a dessert too! I look forward to visiting on a Saturday when they offer brunch.
