This is actually called Cucina del Museo, and it is an AMAZING place. It was recommended to me by a local (airbnb host) and it did not disappoint. Alberto, the owner, is part sommelier, part chef, part host, and part server. He is incredibly passionate and good at what he does. I asked him for a culinary tour through Modena, and he kept it coming for two hours with wine pairings. Tortellini, his homemade prosciutto, salumi, parmigiana ice cream, duck, all of it was so good. It's a Michelin quality restaurant tucked away on a hard to find, quiet, Modena street. I showed up on a weeknight and for a bit was the only diner...as the night rolled on, a few locals dropped in for the food and conversation. Highly recommend! read more
