This is my 2nd time spending Christmas in the Philippines in the last 22 years. Christmas is a very special time of year and no one celebrates it quite like how the Philippines does it.
Among all the lights and festivities in the city, my wife and I along with a few of our childhood friends got together at Ayala Malls Vertis North and chose this place because the crepes caught my wife's eyes.
But they are more than just crepes as you can see from the photos I shared. They also have some protein selections such as slow cooked chicken in red wine, and slow cooked beef in white wine, among many others.
Compared to some restaurants close by, this place was a little bit more spacious and bright. It was a bit kid friendly as well which was a plus as we had 2 toddlers in strollers with us.
They also have a good selection of beverages including their frozen hot chocolate and a selection of fruit shakes.
We spent a little over 2,300 PHP for 5 adults. We did not order drinks. We had 3 pastas, 1 savory crepe, 1 sweet crepe, and 1 French onion soup.
The service was good as is a usual trait of Filipino servers. Price was also affordable and reasonable. We'll definitely be back for their other offerings. They have several branches around the general metropolitan area. read more
