For the smokers, the ashtray is the floor. Prices are very reasonable (especially after a week in Switzerland) and the portions are huge. Cheap, cheerful, food you can associate with and a superb location. Well worth turning off the autoroute for.

Okay, it is just across from the railway station, and does make a better place for a coffee than actually going into the station, but then again there wasn't all that much in the railway station (maybe a takeaway stand and that was about it). One of the main reasons that I came here was first of all form my morning coffee, and also I wanted to visit some place that wasn't the hotel. As a place to sit down for a coffee while waiting for the train, it is okay, but not hugely fantastic. Then again, this is Arras.
