Here are some some considerations in that would help the hotel improve the guest experience or be used as a means of setting expectations for anyone coming here expecting a 5 star experience. 1. The mattress is the hardest bed I've ever slept on. I didn't even know a mattresses came this hard. It has zero give. Zero. And I'm a 180 pound man. 2. The place is crawling with yellow jackets (annoying wasps that love meat). Every outdoor meal you have hear will be a wincing, shooing, escaping and constantly disrupted. These little guys are relentless. 3. Dinner is impeccable. All other meals are mediocre. 4. The Internet is requires you to log-in every hour and type in four lines of data every time. It's annoying. 5. This is not a place for romantic couples. It's a family friendly spot full of kids in masks and flippers doing cannon balls in the pool. 6.
