Dream in the store and a month later her back exoqnded over 4 inches? I think not! Refused to accommodate for this mistake, got them to agree to refund (still waiting). The person who was supposed to get the dress failed to show 3 TIMES! Now they have the tracking number, I have done my part and they are still denying me my refund but the dress is gone Do NOT shop here, if you care for your daughters and their mental health. I found what I needed but some serious training is needed for some employees when it comes to customer service. One of their managers or whatever she is (asian lady with short brown hair that wears glasses) came out of nowhere to remind the employee to let us know that alterations aren't part of the price of the dress. So two things, either you don't trust your employees or colleagues to do the job right OR you felt like reminding the black people in the store about having to pay more. Either way that's extremely concerning. Stop assuming that some people that walk into your store can't afford it, it's a pitiful mentality. It's not just about selling dresses, it's also about treating people with respect. read more

In my opinion this place had unprofessional management. I was actually worried about my childs emotional well-being after the management verbally assaulted me over a non related covid disability. I felt so horrible for my child I even tried to apologize for what happened to me and was not treated well even doing that. Excuses were made but no apology at all. They offered us to come back as my daughter loved a dress, but who could after the verbal abuse, thats just asking to be assaulted again. Don't worry David's bridal found her THE dress!! And they did it like a high end store!!! They only reply to many messages left by phone was on Google review and it was not very pleasant, professional and was an unfactual response. No one offered any help, we looked around a bit, an employee actually asked us to move out of her way but didn't offer any help/direction on what we were supposed to do... "I'd like to leave 0 stars, as there was nothing positive about our experience. We love the dresses... but the road to where we are today was AWFUL. And we have to fix the one dress. I went into this store to find bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. Nightmare. All I have to say is I am so thankful that I didn't purchase my wedding dress from here. I went with my soon to be sister in law and my soon to be step daughter. The customer service was mediocre at best. You could tell that the customer service rep was only helping us out to make a commission. She didn't really listen to what we were looking for and my step daughter ended up picking out the dresses. The rep suggested ridiculous sizing. My sister in law agreed to get the different size, so now we have a week to alter her dress and my step daughter said absolutely not, picked her own size, and it fits perfectly. Are the customer service representatives not educated on sizing? We were told to expect 8-12 weeks before the dresses showed up. The dresses took almost 6 months to show up. 6 months. They showed up Thursday August 14th ... around a week before my wedding. We were supposed to have plenty of time to plan and get any alterations needed. When we went to pick them up the customer service rep didn't really care and instead of accepting responsibility for the mistake, apologizing or try to smooth over the situation, she blamed everyone and everything possible. Multiple excuses. One step daughter, who is in town for the wedding, rolled her eyes, and walked away. The other confronted her, telling her that she was unimpressed that the dresses took more than twice the time estimated to show up. Needless to say, we were happy to pay and leave. Not accepting their offer for alterations, which we had to pay for. Two days later (today), I received 2 phone calls. The first to say that they made a mistake on the payment, but oh wait, never mind, we didn't actually make a mistake. The second, about three minutes later to actually say that I did underpay.... by $40. I told her over the phone that our experience was so poor and that I had already left, and by leaving the store, it was settled up and that I refused to come back. Instead of apologizing or trying to make it better she said "Well, pay over the phone then". Your experience with me over the phone may have been an unpleasant one, where I said your service was awful, my experience was awful and that I would never be coming back, but put yourself in my shoes. Being told my dresses would take 2-3 months and then not receiving them for 6 months. Being treated poorly and having rude customer service representatives. The employees here should be more educated on the period of time it takes to order dresses, the sizing, and it looks bad when they start blaming their co-workers in front of you. Your $40 was part of your commission I am sure, but quite frankly, you didn't help at all. I almost didn't get my dresses for the wedding. If they hadn't have come this week, would you have just shrugged your shoulders, and written us off because we had paid and it wasn't your problem? I will never purchase a dress from here again, and in the future will stop my friends and family from shopping here to save them from having the same experience" read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding. The bride, the maid of honor and 3 bridesmaids came here to buy our dresses. The visits were great when trying to pick dresses and the lady helping us was great. We found a bridesmaid dress that we liked but I had concerns for mine because the dress is sort of backless, meaning I can't wear a bra and I need proper support. I was assured that when the dress came in my size everything would be held up and supported and I definitely wouldn't need a bra. They even clipped the dress on me to give me an idea and the dress was supporting everything without a bra. One of the ladies, Daphne, came by while I was expressing concerns about needing support without a bra, she assured me that when the dress came it would be fine, she even showed me how alterations could be made where the clips were on the dress. With the way she was confidently advising on what the dress would look like, we believed she was one of the seamstresses. So we decided on that dress as it looked lovely and they took my measurements. When time came to make the order, they insisted that I order a size up.They said they always order a size up because it's easier to make alterations if the dress is in a larger size, where as they can't really do anything if the dress is too small. I told them the dress I tried was my size and would just need minor alterations, but they insisted that they always order a size up. I took their advise and ordered a size up because they were the professionals that knew better. When the dress came in it was so big I didn't even have to unzip it to get in and out of it. When the seamstress came to take my measurements for alterations, the dress looked horrible and she said I would need to wear a bra. No matter how much she tried to fit the dress to me, it looked horrible. I wasn't happy. This was almost a week and a half before the wedding, it was too late to go somewhere else and buy another dress. I told the seamstress that the dress did not look like this during the fitting and that even during the fitting the dress was fine without a bra. So we tired on the sample dress and it fit like it did before, because it was my size. We asked if they could switch the dress and they agreed, they even agreed to have it dry cleaned because it was a sample dress that other people had been trying on. Yet it was still a sample dress and not a brand new dress that I had just spent a lot of money on. So I asked for a discount, I expected it. The sign on the window of the store said they were having a 40% sale on sample dresses too. Apparently a discount was unreasonable to them. My friend and I spent a good 30mins, even after the store had closed, going back and forth with Yen. Yen said the sample dress had been in the store for 3 weeks so she couldn't give me a discount, and besides that, I had already gotten a 15% discount because the bride bought her wedding dress in the store. 1. No one asked for a 15% discount, that's something the store does. It was done when ordering the dress before dress came. The dress still cost over $300 after this 15% discount. 2. A sample dress is not a brand new dress. It doesn't matter if the dress was there for 3 weeks, that's 3 weeks too long. Fact is, it's a used dress. I ordered a brand new dress and was forced to pay the same price for a used dress that I paid for a brand new dress. I said to Yen that if I had insisted that I order a size up, I wouldn't have been having that conversation with her. I would have accepted the consequences. However, they had insisted that I order a size up, giving me there professional advise, something I wasn't going to do. She kept saying it wasn't her that told me to do that. It doesn't matter which employee insisted I order a size up because they were representing the store. She said the best she could do was take $20 off. I was incredibly insulted by this. The dress was over $300, alterations was over $150 on the SAMPLE dress because they INSISTED I ORDER A SIZE UP and she could only give a $20 discount! I did not take the $20 off because it was incredibly insulting! It was clear that she did not care about having a happy customer. If I got the new dress it would have looked horrible, if I got the sample dress I was overpaying for a used dress; and in both scenarios I still had to wear a bra that they insisted I wouldn't need. I could have picked a different dress if I had known I would need a bra anyway. Yen still did not care after I pointed this out. To make things worse, the bride and maid of honor were not happy with their dresses either because L.A Collection had insisted they order a size up too. Alterations didn't help their dresses either. This store made the wedding preparations more stressful. They clearly don't care. They don't take responsibility for their actions. It's all about the money! read more

They try to squeeze every penny they can from you. This store was nothing but trouble for our whole bridal party. 1.They told the bride she needed to order her dress 6months before the wedding. When she went 6months before they told her she waited to long and they would have to charge her a "rushing fee" 2. Then we were told the bridesmaids needed to come in at 4 months before the wedding, Again we were told we waited too long and were all charged a "rushing fee" That's 5 rushing fees at $50+ each. 3. I was measured and told by the employee measuring me what size I needed. When the dress came in it was too small. ( I hadn't gained weight) I called and they told me their size charts, so based on my measurements and their chart I would have needed a dress 3 sizes bigger. 4. I asked if they could fix it, yes but I would have to pay more money. Because I had confirmed the size they ordered It wasn't their problem. read more

Worst after sales experience ever. We had a problem with the delivery of a grad dress. I asked to meet with a manager to discuss. The manager literally hid in the office behind closed doors and sent two sales staff out to face the music! The sales staff have no autonomy and are clearly petrified to make decisions or rectify issues without checking.What kind of manager "hides" in their office in 2016! Please! read more

Zero stars. Service was bloody terrible. When my daighter found a dress that she liked she was told that it wasnt part of the grad collection then the worker WALKED AWAY!!!! 10 minutes later after no further service i found the same employee and asked if she could help us find something similar. She replied. Everything is sorted by color she'll have to look through and walked away. Poor selection poor service. Another salon was more than happy to recieve our business. read more

I went there to try my braid's maid dress. They told me I could do the fitting until 8. Staff was walking around ignoring me. I was not addressed by someone for 10 minutes then she went to grab my dress. A good 15 minutes later she came out. I've tried the dress. It was too big. But because it was 7:30 by then the seamstress had left and I had to come back. I took an appointment with them the next day. The next day, I took charged and ask the first employee about my dress. The seamstress pinned. We made another appointment for the last fitting. At the last fitting, I took charge again even this there was 4 staff on the floor and 2 customers. If you don't they ignore you laughing and chatting with each other. I tried the dress and there was still problems with it. They didn't adjust it properly and had to do it again. The seamstress blamed it on the type of fabric. They told me that they'll fix it and to come back at 7. So I did, they didn't talked to me for a good 10 minutes until I told them that I was here to pick up my dress. They lied to me in my face and told me that they thought it was for tomorrow when they just had told me to come back an hour before. They then said it'll be another 15 minutes. Which was a lie. I left the place at 7:45 without trying my dress. They didn't even apologised or offer compensation. So to conclude, do not go there. They want your money and ignore you the whole time. Very disrespectful of someone life and plans. read more
