So two things, either you don't trust your employees or colleagues to do the job right OR you felt like reminding the black people in the store about having to pay more. Either way that's extremely concerning. Stop assuming that some people that walk into your store can't afford it, it's a pitiful mentality. It's not just about selling dresses, it's also about treating people with respect.

She just performed an even more difficult repair on the same jacket, and I could not be more impressed with the quality of her work, the value of her services, or her professionalism. Would not recommend them. Losing measurements, not returning…read morephone calls, lying about suits being completed. My friend's wedding party, that I'm a part of went here to get our suits made. The few reviews were good and prices are very completive, but that was probably the best thing about it. I actually was out of town, but I have send my measurements in December. The rest of the wedding party is local and got measurements done in November. I showed up 1 week before my friend's big day. Notifying ahead of time, and was told this was ok. So the Monday I tried to get a hold of time to go for a fitting. Nothing, voicemail is full, not even sure if the phones are connected. Tuesday my friend finally got a hold of him and I went after work (working remote). When I arrived, I told him who I was and about the wedding party. He said, "Oh, your friend didn't tell you, you're suppose to come tomorrow?" I'm sorry, I wanted to see you yesterday. He asked me to try on jackets and shirts, didn't have pants ready for me. Just pulled stuff off the shelf. The measurements I provided never made it his way. Somehow the whole wedding party's measurements just grew legs. He told me to give him a call tomorrow at 1 pm to set up a time. For me to try and get my pants. As the next day came, I called his cell and work number at 1 pm. Not till 1:30 pm he pick up and responds with frustration. 'I will get your suits finished, you guys need to leave me alone to get them done.' I also send him a text asking when, since the big day was Friday. Finally got a text saying everything will be done Thursday at 1 pm. Awesome. Finally. The only issue is we have a rehearsal at 3 pm. But I thought this will be fine since it was just me. But after the group had a chat, it was for everyone. I had no idea that no one, not even the groom has gotten their suits yet. I thought most of them picked them up last week or something. Thursday, the groom and 2 groomsmen got their suits for 3 pm. But they didn't fit right. A friend of the bride opened up last-minute bookings to get them adjusted properly. The other two, myself included did not. After the rehearsal, we went back and got our suits completed. It took from 4:15 pm to 7 pm. I heard everything coming out of this guy's mouth. Excuses, he doesn't believe this pandemic is real. Said he got Covid a couple of months ago for the second time. He still has something in his through because of them. Started quoting Dave Chappelle, but would not censor the n-word. Closing to 7pm, he kept pushing us to leave, and he will somehow get the suits for us. Deliver himself, courier, pick them up later. With my short-term experience with this guy, I didn't want to leave and have to get my suit first thing in the morning. The worse case will be two of the groomsmen who don't have their suits because we trusted this guy's word. Finally at 7 pm hit and the suits were finished. I was last for our 6 pm dinner for the wedding party. The excuses we heard were nonstop. Don't rush me, I just met you all 3 days ago. But the whole party besides myself has been there in November.

Then we told him when my husband would be in town (works away) to get fitted, we called multiple times to set up an apt and left 4 msgs, took him 5 days to return our calls and told us that we can't expect much during grad season. Now my husband doesn't get to try the suit before the wedding, so he called and made an apt for me to pick it up, I get there today, 10 mins early AND HE HASN'T EVEN STARTED ALTERING IT YET! So much disrespect for my time, they told me to come back later as if I hadn't driven halfway across the city to pick it up in the first place. 0/10would recommend this horrible place.
