I asked what the difference between ceviche and aguachiles was, got that aguachiles are spicier. Sure. I asked to go light on the spice and got the red version (you can choose your peppers). I also requested a mix of the octopus (pulpo) and fish (pescado) with more lime and no cilantro - and what a great decision! I saw chapulines (crickets) by the cashier and asked if I could try one - then was quickly chickening out - but they all encouraged me to try ("It's now or never!") so I did - and I have to say, surprisingly good! The upstairs deck lends you a breezy view to the marketplace while you sip the agua del día (watermelon for me) or beer of your choice. Such a perfect reprieve. I want to go back and get more dishes!
