We start with local soup with butternut tomato base with chick pea. It is interesting. Out entry is the the local trout steak with purée at the bottom. The trout are seared with skin attached. Very delicious. Our next entree is the meatball with purée. It is also delicious.
This is a cafeteria style. You just need to tell the kitchen what you wanted and they prepare it very quickly. Not much of wait time. Chef skill is excellent. Definitely recommend to dine here.
