After getting there and him assuring me it would take 1:30 max 2 hours with one car in front of me i went home and called every couple hours to check the progress. This was at 4 pm Sunday night. At 9 pm i showed up he assured me it would be ready in two hours, once again. when I got there I saw the same family I saw that had been there since 4 o'clock asking him to please work because he was locked away in his office for over an hour not working on what needed to be done. I then called at midnight he said it wasn't done but if I needed it in the morning then it'd be done for me to show up at work, I said yes and called back at 5:30 am asking if it was done. He confirmed with me twice that It was so I was there by 6 am to see my car outside in the same spot as it was the night prior with no repair done whatsoever. When I confronted him telling him he had wasted my time and lied he laughed in my face and said it'd be done soon.

Although it's far for me it's the only place I'll bring my car. I know I can trust the mechanics…read morehere to give me an honest opinion. They also do good work and their prices are very reasonable. On my last visit one of the owners, Nicola, who was also the mechanic working on my car for a scheduled oil and tire change decided that since I didn't have much mileage on it and required synthetic oil it would be fine not to do the oil change. He did inspect it to make sure it was okay to that and ultimately he saved me a fair bit of money. How many mechanics would have been so honest? The answer is not very many but it's gestures like these that win customers if you ask me. Next time I need work on my car I won't even think twice about where I'll go.
