In terms of cleanliness, the waiting room is decent and well spaced so you should not have to be closed to other customers in these dire times. As far as efficiency is concerned, I would give it a negative rating. It took 150 minutes to change 4 tires. That's equivalent to 37.5/tire. Not a good average. They were large tires was the excuse. I can appreciate how large my tires are compared to a Honda Civic as I own a large SUV. However, I usually have "@ home" tire service and the individual who swapped my tires in the spring, on uneven pavement, pulled it off in 45 minutes flat. Moreover, I had asked for the storage of my tires which was forgotten. Well, good for me as I was not planning on going back.

They asked what can we do to help. They are open and honest what they can and can't do. We did not find a car that caught our eye but was pleased with the honesty and open process with the organization.

Midas garage took manual check on my car, they could've easily connect a computer scanner since its from 2009. Why manual check-up? To make almost $500.00 out of my pocket without fixing it.
