TERRIBLE customer service. We tried to have dinner here on our visit to Strasbourg, and knowing the Christmas season is busy, I reserved a table for two using the online service LaFourchette about 2 hours before. Within 2 minutes of being seated, the manager/chef came out and asked if we had reservations. I said yes, though we were a bit early, we'd reserved online. We were told in a very rude manner that he had not accepted our reservation and that we must leave. He was not interested in the confirmation text message of the reservation I had received, nor was he apologetic or accommodating in any way. We had to suffer the embarrassment of basically being thrown out of the restaurant in front of a group of onlooking diners. The food may have great reviews but I'd stay far away from a restaurant run with this kind of complete disregard for customer service. AVOID. read more
