Once finally installed after going back to Floor and Decor to complain about the continuous delays... over Christmas, Diego got the job done! When we decided to remodel our current home, which was a much larger project, we knew we wanted to get an estimate from Johnnie at BP. We ultimately went with them and are glad we did. Jillian coordinated purchases for our project, and Jesse was our project manager. Walls, ceilings, electric, plumbing, and doors moved. Tile was replaced, new cabinets and lighting installed. The work was again completed on time and within approved budget. We really are pleased with how our house looks and how functional it is, and we've recommended BP Remodeling to friends. One is in the midst of their project now. We hope we are done with remodeling homes, but we would not hesitate to use BP again based on our experience.

The owner, Ruben Ruiz, is very helpful and addressed all of my concerns, big or small. We had one, primary tiler that worked on my house, Javier, and he did a great job. Javier ripped out the existing carpet and replaced it with ceramic tile. He also ripped out the shower/tub inserts and replaced it with tile. Lucky for Javier or not, I chose a hexagon tile, which proved to be a bit difficult with trying to fit the tiles around a window and 3 shower niches. Javier took his time and made all his measurements carefully. The end result was better than I imagined. I have zero experience in home renovations, I was glad to have Ruben and Javier there every step of the way. They made the experience less stressful and were always available to answer my questions.

A friend recommended Paseim Carpentry for the job and we couldn't be more pleased with the job Pedro did. He disassembled the cabinetry and took the doors and drawers to his shop to refinish. The rest of the job was done onsite. He came everyday, worked for hours and produced as little mess as possible while doing a job that is inherently messy and dusty. Pedro is the consummate carpenter. He is particular about his work and the results are stunning. We also had him refinish our front door which is carved. The door had been neglected and was in rough shape but it now looks brand new. Hire Paseim Carpentry. You will be happy you did. Not only will you love Pedro's work, you will love Pedro. He is soft-spoken, kind, and above all, professional.

Having been in sales for a reputable and honest business, I know how to detect the good and the bad. I felt totally comfortable with Mark from the get go. Aside from his years of experience and expertise, he and his wife bring the showroom to you. He prefers to make a house visit so that you can see the colors and the fabrics in *your home* and in your home lighting so that you can make an educated decision. Mark will be honest and let you know the pros and cons of each kind of carpet in all price ranges. He wants you to be happy with your carpet for many, many years to come, not like at Home Depot or Lowes of which you will be needing to replace the carpet every few years and you will also have dark brown/black corners from dirt stains. We are extremely pleased with the carpet we decided on and his workers skillfully installed it. I highly recommend him! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
