There are around 20 tables, and 10 of them are occupied (5 singles and 5 small groups).

Instead of a nice smile and a bonjour, the server says "there's a 30 minutes wait for the breakfast, because they have so many orders" At half restaurant occupancy, and they already feel stressed! After 30 minutes, they successfully turned away all customers telling them they're not serving breakfast anymore (at 11am! Only opened for 2 hours!). More tables are empty now, 7 tables aren't cleaned up!
The staff is extremely stressed. The four people in the kitchen are all over the place and very stressed out.
